Dezrezlegal changed my point of view around conveyancing which is thought to be time taking and full of delays but my experience with dezrezlegal was completely opposite. The whole process was fast, seamless, transparent, smooth and from the comfort of my home. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my solicitor Rebecca Tyrrell for the outstanding service she provided throughout my case. From start to finish, Rebecca demonstrated remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. Communication was poor. Phone calls unanswered until day of exchange. Despite being assured we were ready to exchange, at the point of exchange it was discovered that forms needed to be redone. These should have been completed weeks before. There was then a last minute panic to to receive, print, sign and post in order to make critical dates including completion. What should have been measured and considered was stressful.

When we have moved previously we visited our conveyance team to complete documentation. This time we used Dezrezlegal, an online team recommended by our estate agent. I was sceptical at first, but we were pleasantly surprised at how well it worked.
We found Dezrezlegal quick to respond. All the necessary forms regarding our sale were with us on the day we signed up with them. We were given a login so we could track how things were going.
There were about 7 in our chain. Fortunately there were not too many complications with the chan and we moved within 9.5 weeks!
We were very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of our conveyancer. I'm sure she was exceptionally busy (we moved just before the Stamp Duty rise) but always gave us the time we needed.
