DezrezLegal Avis

Although we are based miles and miles away, they made the whole moving house process easy. Excellent communication, very efficient and proactive. Online portal is great and easy to use. The email updates are really helpful too. Everyone we spoke to was really helpful and knowledgeable. Had a much better experience than people we know who have recently used their local solicitors and it was cheaper! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for making moving house a much less stressful process!

We have always looked for professionalism and we found it for a mortgage matter process.
We think, efficiency it is their definition as a business.
We strongly recommend this service not only for efficiency but also for their hard work and dedication to make their customers happy.
Thank you very much.

As a newbie to buying a house I didn't understand the process at all. Sara and the Dezrezlegal team have been so supportive. Explaining everything in detail so I understood and made our house purchase pain free. Would highly recommend them.

Dezrezlegal dealt with the sale of my property over a protracted period due to issues that arose. The service I received was second to none.

They dealt with every issue that arose promptly and kept me apprised at all times and provided me with options on the way forward. All calls to their office were answered straight away or if not available I was called back within a short timeframe without even leaving a request. They were always helpful polite and friendly.

I have no hesitation in recommending their services and have already done so to a colleague.

Communication was very open and forthcoming. Any question was answered we had, and Adnan was great at keeping us updated along the journey. Would definitely recommend.

Great service provided by Dezrezlegal. No jargon just clear instructions and Information throughout . Rachael Clarke was great . Couldn’t ask for more .

Thank you to the hard working team much appreciated

Shani, Cerys and team gave us a very positive experience when buying and selling our homes. Would recommend the team at Dezrezlegal for all conveyancing needs

Dezrezlegal provided us with the utmost pleasurable experience whilst moving. A fantastic company that I would always return to in the future. Adnan was absolutely incredible, we had no issues at all. Everything was so easy and stress free.

Laura and the team at Dezrezlegal have been brilliant throughout a rather long home buying/selling process. The solicitors on our sellers side have been challenging to say the least but Laura has kept us up to date throughout, chased the other solicitors, moved things along as quickly as possible and given helpful advice. She has been friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Dezrezlegal to anyone looking for conveyancers.

The Dez Rez representative Adnan Alihodzic was superb in difficult circumstances.

Very pleased with the professional way our conveyancing was handled. I liked the portal which was a good way to stay in touch. My only criticism is that a telephone call can take a long time and a return call is slow, otherwise I’d recommend the company

Excellent service, we were kept fully informed at every stage of the sale, and Samantha was always available promptly to respond to any questions or concerns. A professional team, and pleasant and human with it too, I’d highly recommend.

I recently sold my late sister's property and Dezrezlegal provided the conveyancing service. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I was allocated to Rachel Clark and both Rachel and her team were professional, friendly and approachable. The communications and information provided were very good and the online portal made it easy to track progress and upload documents etc. Although it was a straightforward sale, there were considerable delays caused by other parties lack of or inadequate responses and the team were tenacious and determined when progressing matters. I would thoroughly recommend Dezrezlegal for the efficient and effective service they provide. They made an experience that was complex and sometime quite emotional for me much more bearable.

Rachel and the rest of the team at Dezrez Legal have made our experience nothing short of amazing. We’ve had a difficult time with three properties falling through due to seller complications, but Dezrez were there for us every step of the way. In the last month we’ve gone from sale to exchange without a hiccup, a true testament to how quickly they can work when a seller has all needed documents in order. I would highly recommend their services if you’re looking at moving!

I wholeheartedly recommend DezrezLegal for anyone seeking expert support with their home-moving journey.
The team was consistently available to address any questions or concerns, whether by phone or email. The online portal proved to be an excellent resource for staying informed throughout the process.
We were assigned Samantha as our caseworker and she, along with her team, provided outstanding service. Their commitment went above and beyond our expectations.

They have kept us informed of what was happening and any problems we had they dealt with straight away.

I couldn’t fault Dezrezlegal throughout the process of buying my house. They were clear and helpful throughout and fast! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, the Hoowla software for tracking the process was great

The team were always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had either by telephone or email. The online portal gave me clarity as to the progress of both the selling and buying stages.

I was allocated Victoria Evans as my case handler whereby she and her team were nothing short of exceptional.

Kudos to Victoria and her team who, quite simply, went above and beyond.

I highly recommend DezRez Legal for your legal home moving needs.

It's always stressful selling a property and having a good Conveyancer is important . Communication for me is the most important thing and I must say the portal was very helpful and whenever I needed something or vica verca it would happen very quickly, no chasing or waiting.
Thanks for your support with the sale.
