Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Lovely choice of sofas. Very friendly staff, especially Imogen and Rachel, who were very knowledgeable about their stock and were able to guide us in choosing the perfect sofa.

When going in i hadnt opened door and…
When going in i hadnt even opened the door and someone stood there which was uncomfortable, then later a group of sales people just laughing mucking around. Finally saw Jenny and she was amazing. Felt so relaxed she explained everything, great service. She is highly recommended if you need someone to talk to.

Good experience
Rachel the sales person was extremely helpful to us from the moment we arrived. She was very attentive to our needs and was able to provide all the information we needed to make a decision on a purchase. We spent two hours in the store and we didn’t feel any sales pressure at all. Rachel was wonderful.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. They were happy to discuss our needs and assist our final choices for the new suite. Our order was repeated back to us clearly, to avoid any confusion and we were very pleased with the whole experience in the store. We were also advised about methods to dispose of our old furniture, which was very helpful. Great service and a stress free experience, Thank you

Lovely store
Lovely store, had plenty of options to view. The staff member who helped us was amazing and talked us through all of our options. Especially as this was our first experience buying a sofa.
