Store staff are very helpful!
Store staff are very helpful, polite and informative, able to assist with selection process and provide a full breakdown of benefits, as well as options!
The member of staff who dealt with our enquiry and order is Louise, who made sure we were fully satisfied with our choice, spent time and care in the order process, and was very polite and professional.

We found the staff at the store…
We found the staff at the store friendly and they welcomed us but didn't overwhelm us as some places do. They allowed us to look around at our own pace. When we chose what we wanted the staff were very helpful, answering all my queries. At no time did we feel under pressure.

We were made very welcome in the Bury…
We were made very welcome in the Bury St. Edmunds store, was offered drinks, we were not badgered by the staff at all and were left to browse at our leisure.
When we selected our sofa, we saw the young girl member of staff (sorry I can't remember her name) who professionally took us through the process of ordering etc, with the help of her male colleague.
All very professional, efficient and seamless.
Would definitely return in the future.
Recommended.

Overall experience was great ,just disappointed that once came back home and checked website found out that there was more different options available in regards of sofa recliners being electric or manual or that we could off chosen to have it without recliners, shop assistant never mentioned these options, and once order been submitted we been told it cant be changed.
