DFS in Bury St Edmunds has been by far the best to deal with over the last2 days going to different stores. Matt and Rachel were brilliant,never pushy,left us to try out sofas, and very helpful when needed. Can't recommend enough,nice to have sales people without the usual nonsense.

Knowledgeable friendly team members. The overall feel and cleanliness of the showroom was very good. I was made to feel my presence was welcome and my custom was genuinely appreciated which is uncommon in large multi-site businesses. Connor was very customer focused but not intrusive during my browsing of the store, and explained all aspects of both the products and services I purchased.

We was left to browse and not followed around , then when we wished to order offered to see colour on a sofa to make sure we liked ,double checked measurements and lovely cofffee but no hard sell which we love personally

Amazing staff, with great service.
The staff and their customer service was amazing! They were very helpful making us feel good about taking our time to make a decision with no pressure. They offered us drinks and were great about answering even the smallest questions.
