The lady who helped us was absolutely lovely, friendly and really helpful without being pushy. She made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable and was there to answer any questions we had. Great service from Rachel
Rachel greeted us at the front of the store in Bury St Edmunds and provide all the information we needed without being too pushy (although we didn't go for an orange suite!).

Knowledgeable friendly team members. The overall feel and cleanliness of the showroom was very good. I was made to feel my presence was welcome and my custom was genuinely appreciated which is uncommon in large multi-site businesses. Connor was very customer focused but not intrusive during my browsing of the store, and explained all aspects of both the products and services I purchased.

Amazing staff, with great service.
