Matt at DFS Bury St. Edmunds sat down with us, after we had chosen the three piece suite we wanted, He offered us a drink, went through every detail on our chosen furniture, right down to leather care. Outstanding customer service all round. A+++++

Amazing staff, with great service.
The staff and their customer service was amazing! They were very helpful making us feel good about taking our time to make a decision with no pressure. They offered us drinks and were great about answering even the smallest questions.

The reason I only give four stars is…
The reason I only give four stars is due to the mistake in the order which was found out when it was checked at the end it would be better if you handed the customer a copy of the order so they can see what is being put in their note pad. The order would have been completely wrong if I had not said about the headrest.
