Really enjoyed today and the service we received in DFS. The lady that served us today on 26th June 26 was so personable, kind and made the experience of buying our next sofa with you guys. The finance I applied for wasn’t accepted but the staff were very helpful and followed up and we were able to get accepted in my partners finance for the purchase and we look forward to the new sofa and seat arriving

The chap we purchased the sofa with was polite relaxed and friendly
The chap we had assistance from to order a sofa was VERY polite and informative and ensured he gave us the correct legal information and detail about the plan, the fabric protector etc his attention to detail and manors were 10/10
The disappointing thing is that a female sales assistant almost pounced on us as soon as we stepped through the doors which is an awful way to manage a business, we appreciate it wasn’t her fault this is clearly a head office decision and they are just doing as instructed, this is also not a one off as every time we have been into the Bury St Edmund’s store recently this has been a similar experience, the hard sell as soon as you walk in isn’t required 🙏🏻🙏🏻
