Very welcoming, polite & answered any questions as best as possible that we had. Had a very lovely experience. Can’t wait for our new sofa to come. Customer service was fab.
Made very welcome in store, the chap who we dealt with was very polite, he explained everting and was a pleasure doing business with him. (Can’t remember his name)

Staff service
We where served by a man called dave, he was lovely and extremely helpful with choices. He helped us decide, give us time and advice but he also explained everything and made us feel comfortable and sure in our decision. Dave was a great and helpful staff member and we wouldn't have got the bed without him.

Fantastic service
We had a really positive experience with DFS. Our sales advisor, Robyn, was fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed without being pushy.
Robyn took the time to understand what we were looking for and gave us great advice, which made choosing our new furniture a really enjoyable experience. Her customer service was excellent, and she is a real credit to DFS.
We would definitely recommend DFS and wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again. Thank you, Robyn, for all your help.
