DFS Furniture - Rotherham Avis 

I was recommended by my daughter who’d already bought her 2 settees from DFS. Today I purchased the same style which I’d already admired. The young lady who served us Chloe was very pleasant and helpful throughout, I wouldn’t hesitate to call again should an occasion arise.

Colin at Parkgate branch was absolutely fantastic. From the start when we walked in he wasn't pushy or clingy, he let us know he was there to help and gave us space which was a big factor in us purchasing. After helping us for the best part of an hour we arranged to come back in 48 hours later after measuring the room to see if the sofa fitted. Colin was more than patient with us and we bought the sofa through him, spending over an hour with him again helping us get everything right, talking us through protection options and delivery. Colin made this experience better than we could've hoped for and we never felt a hassle or a nuisance.

I've used DFS before, and I wasn't disappointed the second time around. The customer service was unbelievable, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy, which is the most important factor for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Found it easy to ask for assistance, from Heather, who was very knowledgeable about settees and needs of the buyer.
No hard sell, talked through after care products, about warranties, how they work , what is included, how the policy works.
also advised regarding types of recliners, and items that could be added on to make the furniture easier to move.

Ŵe have been looking to replace our large curved settee for several months and visited several furniture places. DFS at Rotherham stood out from the rest for quality, design and price.
We found rxactly what we wanted there and staff were really helpful, explaining everything we needed to know at every part of choosing our two new settees. The two members of staff who assisted us with our purchase were very friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. We can't wait to receive our new leather settees in 12 weeks time!

Brilliant service, fully explained my options, additional add on's available. went through colour choice's and very transparent with all costings as we went through the process. 10/10 never felt pressured, was a lovely experience.
