DFS Furniture - Stockton Avis 

Went into store today looking to buy a coffee table nesting set . We were greeted by Dale who observed very quickly that I have a disability and offered to look around the store for me when listening to what I required and why . He showed me photos of what was available and when I shortlisted the items I liked he took me to see them without having to walk the whole store . I am very happy either way my purchase and the excellent customer service that I was given .

Helpful staff member, offered a drink while waiting. Bought the armchair I had seen online

Lucy in the Teesside Park store could not have been more helpful. Her product knowledge, and helpful attitude made choosing our furniture so much easier. We never felt rushed or pressured, I fact at one point Lucy rearranged furniture in the show room to help us visualise the furniture in our home.

We went to dfs is stockton retail park tonight and was greeted by dale. Who was fantastic made us feel very welcome.helped us pick the right sofa and design and layout for us. Even put it on the big screen to see what it looks like. Thanks very much dale superstar

As soon as we set foot in the store the very ambience and layout of the furniture had a welcoming feel to it. We where greeted by a salesman who made us feel at home asked the right questions and he soon understood our requirements, within a very short time we had chosen a chair for our snug. Then came the payment and all options were explained clearly and the deal was concluded. All in all a pleasant experience, keep up the excellent work I will certainly recommend DFS. I was greated at the door by Michael ridge and was instantly looked after. I had in mind a model i had seen online and he showed me a much more suited option after saying what I was looking for. He was right I instantly loved the sofa he showed me, going threw the options and purchased. We spoke and I told him I was buying my first home and showed me the beds and mattress options which i wasnt aware DFS sold. Describing what I was looking for he showed me a few options and found the matching beds I liked and the best mattress suited for me. Could not be happier with his help, advice and making what I expected to be 2 to 3 shops in to 1 order with delivery for a much easier process.

When we went into showroom everything was set out very well smelt lovely Carl showed us around very professional when we found the suite we liked he talked through everything had a lot of time for us

We purchased 2 sofas today and the service provided by Warren was excellent. There was great communication, there was no pushy sales talk. The sofas purchased were fairly priced and of high standard. Payment options and aftercare were explained very well by Warren. Whilst there our grandson accidentally spilt hot chocolate on a show room sofa which was immediately attended to by one of the cleaning staff. We wish we took her name to give her a special mention in this review. The sofa was cleaned without any fuss at all, despite our embarrassment. Would revisit the shop to purchase in a heartbeat. Would highly recommend. 10 out of 10
