Soon as we entered the store we were greeted by staff they were very polite and friendly and very helpful we were offered a drink while they were sorting our order out would definitely go back to buy furniture great team and great customer service

Friendly helpful service
We ordered a new sofa today. We had looked online but wanted to see what the sofa was actually like and the true colours of the fabric etc. The salesman greeted us but then gave us space to browse etc . When he noticed we were interested in a particular sofa he asked if we needed assistance and was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We weren’t rushed or pressured at all. We decided to take the offer of the extended care package after it was explained to us.
We look forward to receiving our new sofa and hope it’s as good as it looked in the showroom.

Fantastic experience
The store assistant Debbie who helped me was friendly, polite and informative. The customer service was fantastic, they ordered my sofa for me with no problems and it all went smoothly. Would 100% recommend
