Friendly and enjoyable experience
Enjoyable experience. Michael was friendly, patient and supportive, and had a genuine warmth and was very helpful. He gave me space to make decisions in my own time without imposing or pressurising, stepping back at times to allow me room to think about my choices.

She was very helpful throughout and explained everything thoroughly to us. I was "over the moon" with her customer service and she made our visit very enjoyable. Took our 90 year old mam into your teeside park store staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful nothing was to much bother demonstrated how to use the rise and recline chair and were very patient with her coverall experience was excellent
