DFS Furniture - Tunbridge Wells Avis 

What I liked about today was being left to look ourselves, I hate to be jumped on when you go into a shop, when we had chosen a sofa Rob was there to help, very helpful and polite.

Alan was super helpful in showing us the different sofas, he listened when we told him what we needed and the price we were looking at.

Ed was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and honestly which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly and easy to talk to which made our experience very enjoyable.

DFS had the item we were interested in. Our questions were answered well without undue sales pressure. The salesman was very pleasant to deal with.

Quick, easy and very friendly service. Seen straight away and given loads of information and helpful care tips regarding maintaining the life of the sofa. Lovely experience and no pushy sales

We knew what sort of sofa we wanted and wanted to look at materials and colours. The staff in DFS were great, full of information but not pushy. It was easy relaxed and we were able to order just what we wanted without the pressure.

I arrived knowing that I wanted to buy a sofa bed today. I had looked on line and browsed the store to find the particular model I thought would suit my needs. I approached a salesman and asked but unfortunately the model I had in mind wasn’t on show. I asked to see what was available and was shown the selection. I picked one and asked for a demonstration which was willingly given. I then asked to be talked through me doing it which again was willingly given. Having decided I wanted to proceed I was supported with both fabric and feet options and at no point felt pressured. I am very pleased with the service I received today and look forward to receiving my new furniture

We were able to look around the store ourselves and when we needed some help the salesman was there for us with a good knowledge of the furniture we were interested in. He was a pleasure to deal, helpful with the planning and all that DFS had to offer. I would thoroughly recommend.

Friendly and informative sales assistant, all information was clearly explained. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Now hopefully the sofa will arrive on time and be as good as we hope for

We weren't expecting to find what we were looking for nor, to have such good and not pushy help from Rob. He was amazing and helpful and knew everything!

Excellent customer advice, service and completion of sale. Everything explained very coherently and the staff member was not pushy, therefore allowing us to make our own decisions in our own time. Would recommend visiting this store in Tunbridge Wells.
