Incredible service and support!

This review is here to put into words just how amazing Nicky at Dial-A-Flight has been. Our situation changed due to world problems in the middle east, my elderly parents were due to fly home from Australia, but their flights were cancelled by the carrier. I contracted Dial-A-Flight and Nicky handled my case, from the start nothing was too much trouble, an alternative was found and booked and confirmed in a matter of a morning. We are hugely relieved that it was resolved so easily and quickly and this was only possible because of Nicky and her expertise. We will be using Dial-A-Flight from now on with no exceptions, and we will be going back to Nicky every time. Diolch yn fawr Nicky!

Can’t get a response by phone

Was given wrong room for first night and now can’t phone to change my holiday to Dubai in a few weeks . Unacceptable for a travel company!

Disaster £50k Holiday


We booked a £50,000+ “luxury” holiday through DialAFlight and it was an absolute shambles from start to finish.

The entire trip was plagued with basic errors that simply shouldn’t happen when you’re paying this level of money for a so-called “concierge” service.

Every single hotel and even the cruise had the wrong room arrangements. This was after repeatedly asking in writing for specific room setups before we travelled. At almost every check-in we were stuck at reception for 30–60 minutes arguing with staff trying to fix DialAFlight’s mistakes while hotel staff kept asking the same question: “Why wasn’t this requested when the booking was made?” Exactly.

Instead of relaxing and enjoying a luxury holiday, we spent evenings dealing with admin and embarrassment caused by their incompetence.

Then there was the Tenerife airport fiasco. We landed and had no transfer information, no working link, no voucher and an app that didn’t work. We were left standing around arrivals for 45 minutes like idiots with no idea where our transfer was. When we tried to call for help, the response was rude and dismissive.

Later they admitted their system was “out of sync”, meaning we couldn’t access the transfer details even if we tried. Their solution for leaving clients stranded at an airport? £54.

There were also flight booking mistakes, poor communication, and important things like visa requirements not being highlighted despite passports being provided months in advance.

The worst part is the attitude afterwards. Instead of taking responsibility, we’ve been met with months of defensive emails telling us our complaint is “disproportionate.” They seem far more interested in arguing than actually resolving the problems they caused.

For a company that markets itself as a premium travel service, the reality was careless, disorganised and completely unprofessional.

We travel constantly and have booked hundreds of trips over the years. This is easily one of the worst travel booking experiences we’ve ever had.

If you’re considering using DialAFlight, save yourself the stress and book with someone competent instead.

It feels like Groundhog Day …

Mr Park has forgotten that he has posted this before. And assuming he has also forgotten our exhaustive reply here it is again:

Travel is complex and technology doesn’t always work as well as it should, sometimes causing inconvenience.

In this misleading review Mr Park fails to mention he received a total of £804 compensation. We believe this was more than reasonable but clearly less than the many thousands of pounds he thought he was entitled to.

When a customer makes mountains out of molehills in the hope of receiving huge sums of money we no longer accept business from that individual.

Right from our initial contact with…

Right from our initial contact with Callum he listened to our wish list & put together a great itinerary for our “bucket list” trip to Singapore, Australia & initially Dubai.
We had great flights, lovely well situated hotels & a great timetable.
When our Emirates flights were cancelled to Dubai he & his time worked tirelessly to make sure we were kept UTD with the developing situation.
He presented several options to get us home safely & we were only delayed for two days.
We will only be using Callum & his team for our future trips & would definitely recommend him for his professional & friendly service.

Great Service from Dial A Flight

Brilliant experience with Ethan as our consultant, very good communication & there was also always a person in reserve to answer my queries if Ethan was not available (off shift etc) he explains everything in simple terms, such as code sharing (which I knew nothing about) when I thought one of my Virgin flights had been moved to another airline carrier! Ethan made a lovely proactive call to me prior to my recent Barbados holiday to make sure I was happy with everything, I really can’t fault this level of service from Dial A Flight.

Simply the best!

Dial a flight have organised all of my long haul travel for the best part of 30 years. Dave and his team are without doubt the people to ask for advice on holidays and how to get there and back. Professional at every turn and recent experience of trying to circumnavigate the MEast when our flights were cancelled, twice, genuine 24 hour assistance, they are miracle workers! Lunacy to book with anyone else!

Had an amazing trip to Vietnam

Had an amazing trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand…fabulous hotels in great locations and wonderful tours. Jeff did an incredible job sorting all this …always communicating with us and keeping us updated… he also did a fabulous job to get us home so quickly. Thank you so much! Have used DialAFlight many times and would definitely recommend and use again!

It was as always easy and I felt full…

It was as always easy and I felt full confidence in the team. They always answer within seconds. They are always happy to price up as many options as you need and you can tweak details as much as you like and will always make helpful suggestions from your preferences. For instance we are now 72 and when I mentioned we find getting into some cars difficult Andrew Akoo made sure we had a vehicle we could get in and out of easily.
Using Dialaflight saves so much time scrolling the Web and from my own research I am sure we pay less than if I did all the booking separately. We have been booking through them for possibly 15 years or more and on this trip I also booked for 2 other members of our family.

Having used Nick to organise my flights…

Having used Nick to organise my flights each year, with great service, reminders and checks, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I even had a call to check everything was ok, after having the last flight out of Dubai before the closure on the 28th this year.

Exceptional, expert and responsive customer service.

Dennis at DialAFlight provided exceptional service when we urgently needed help after our long haul flights were cancelled due to current world events. With very little notice, he quickly found and arranged alternative flights -at a reasonable price when there was very available - allowing our holiday to go ahead as planned. His professionalism, efficiency, and calm approach turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and straightforward experience. Dennis went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend both Dennis and the DialAFlight team for their excellent customer service and expertise.

Great travel company!

I’ve always booked my flights with Dial A Flight. In particular, I’ve always dealt with Connie Lau, the travel manager. She is professional, friendly and helpful. It’s always been a pleasure to speak to her as she projects such warm and caring attitude. I’m very happy and comfortable with the service she has provided. We were stranded in Melbourne

We were stranded in Melbourne owing to the Middle East situation. Dialaflight got us out of there on the first flight back, back home, in time for a very important doctor appointment. Thank you Oscar.

Dial a flight - South America road trip

The company recently organised a road trip for myself and 3 friends across 3 South American countries. We basically advised them on some things we would like to do and they did the rest. They arranged all the transportation requirements and advised on safe areas and hotels within our budget. The continually monitored the itinerary and occasionally managed to secure upgrades. Our travel consultant Charlotte Aird was magnificent, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional and nothing was to much trouble for her, even when I messed up.

I chose to return to dial a flight…

I chose to return to dial a flight after dealing with dodgy travel agent recommended by Expedia. Eight years of great advice and bookings with Connie @dialaflight is well worth paying a little extra for peace of mind, especially in these times.
