Today I called Dialaflight and spoke to Stacey Rainer who booked my flights to Australia. She came up with recommendations for alternative carriers to avoid the troubles in the Middle East and efficiently amended my booking when I made changes.

I have used DialAFlight on several occasions and found them extremely helpful and efficient. However this last time in February when I used their London office and had to make changes my itinerary I found it very difficult to follow the new itinerary as it had been merged with my original itinerary and I had difficulty in finding out the actual cost of the new flight

This is the second time we’ve booked with DialAFlight.
We recently travelled to New Zealand, and due to the Middle East crisis our flights home were cancelled. Prior to the cancellation our travel manager Donovan got in touch, and explained our options. When the flights were cancelled, he quickly arranged flights on an alternative route for us. It was all sorted out for us with the minimum of fuss and at no extra cost. I am sure that the process would have been much more difficult for us to resolve had we booked the flights independently, and I was very glad that we had booked through DialAFlight.
The car hire arranged for us was also very competitively priced.
I would definitely recommend Donovan and his team.

I was searching for our bucket list holiday to South Africa for a safari. As this has been something we have wanted to do for some time, I thought it was best to benefit from a travel agent. I provided Leigh-Ann a high-level overview of what we would like to do and Leigh-Ann crafted an itinerary together. Leigh-Ann was extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole journey. 3 nights in a good boutique hotel in old town Lisbon with some excellent local meals and a trip to Sintra as well. This followed by collecting a hire car and 4 nights in two different Pousadas , first in Estramoz which was like being inside a beautifully furnished old museum, very special stay with some excellent meals. Followed by a stay in Pousada Alcacar set inside the walls of an old convent, more modern with an excellent restaurant food and pool area.....very good mixed trip holiday with good service for Paige at DialAFlight

So pleased we booked through Jerry Bushnell our Travel Manager. We wanted to travel to Singapore but we were very unsure with flights due to the Iran War. Jerry listened and soon gave us his expertise and recommend direct flights with British Airways and his own experience of Singapore itself and places to see. Jessie helped us with a very last minute booking, she was honest about the airline chosen and give us alternative options as well as general feedback for us to make a decision on the airline.
The flight was much better than expected, but it was great to be able to manage expectations from the start.

We had to change our travel plans twice. Once because of illness, and then we were due to fly to Australia via Abu Dhabi, where we were going to stay for ten days, but a few days before we were due to fly, there was trouble in the Middle East. We hastily changed our flight to go via Singapore, and put our trip back by a week. Michael dealt with the changes calmly, and expertly. The changes went seamlessly. We are in Australia at the moment, and the flights, transfers and hotel in Singapore went perfectly. We will definitely book with them again, and would recommend them to friends and colleagues.
