We had a tailor made fly drive trip to Tuscany. We were able to specify the cities we wanted to stay in and change
the hotels where we wanted them closer to the centre. Neil fixed a last minute hitch on Sunday morning when I was worried that I might be too old to drive (77) with a hire car in Italy. He swapped us to Hertz which has no age limit. The hotels were all good and two were very special!

Yet another trip, this time a holiday of a lifetime to Singapore and New Zealand.
All organised by Guy and delivered to perfection.
Six flights just at a time when the Israel & USA conflict started! We were really glad we hadn’t chose to fly via Dubai otherwise the problems would have been many!
The stopover with transfers in Singapore went completely to plan, as did our ongoing flight to Auckland. The tour recommended by Guy was very comprehensive and well organised. As a destination over 12,000 miles away, not one that we are likely to repeat, but loved it all.
Our flights were all business class with lounges at every transition. To be honest, the main advantage on a 12 hour plus flight is really the space to sleep. The lounges just add a touch of luxury and calmness.
Perhaps the weather wasn’t part of the Dial a Flight service, but we were so lucky with that too.

Nick at DialAFlight helped us choose and organise our holiday this year giving us great advice on what would suit us. He always gets it right. We have used Nick many times in the past and find his attention to small details exceptional which is most helpful as we are fairly elderly. He has seen us through complicated visa applications, customs clearance and "apps" which we find difficult to navigate. He has organised airport drop offs and collections brilliantly so we always feel confident someone will be there at the other end. Our travels to Australia and New Zealand were very successful, right down to Nick getting our seating arrangements on the flights absolutely perfect.

From the day we called to ask for a quotation, right through to setting off on our Far East adventure to three countries, everything was dealt with in a friendly and most efficient way. Fraser handled everything for us and offered his first hand experience of the destinations.
He even called us a few days before departure to check everything was ok.

We booked a two week trip to Abu Dhabi through Louie Cranshaw at Dialaflight. We found Louie to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any query that we had. After war broke out and Foreign Office advice recommended not to travel, Louie was equally professional in organising our refund. We will definitely look to Dialaflight to book our next trip to AbuDhabi once the current issues have been resolved. But because of the service provided, we are also about to book a new cruise holiday, through Louie, for June this year. We would highly recommend both Louie and Dialaflight.

Nicholas at DialAFlight has been fantastic since the day we called last October. He helped us book a long haul trip to NZ, Aus and the Phillipines for us and our children. Title: Premium booking, disappointing support when it mattered

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel it is justified.

I booked a premium Business Class trip through DialAFlight expecting both a high-quality travel experience and professional support in case anything went wrong.

Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations.

The flights, marketed by Etihad Airways, were operated by a different airline and did not deliver the level of service one would reasonably expect from a Business Class booking. This happened on two consecutive flights.

In addition, a hotel booking failed to recognise my Marriott Bonvoy Gold status, resulting in a loss of benefits and overall experience.

While issues can occur in travel, what has been most disappointing is the lack of meaningful support from DialAFlight afterwards. Despite providing full documentation, the response has effectively been to redirect me back to the airline, rather than taking ownership as the booking agent.

When you book through a specialist travel company, you expect more than just ticket issuance — you expect accountability and assistance when things don’t go as planned.

At this stage, the matter remains unresolved.

I hope DialAFlight reflects on this, as the concept of service is defined not when things go right, but when they go wrong.

Really fast response times and great advice. When things needed to be changed new arrangements were put in place quickly. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have used DialAFlight on a few occasions in the past and have never been let down. Our latest booking was handled by Dennis Hollands and the service he provided was exceptional. I had initially tried to book directly with Qatar to include their stop-over package but fortunately their website was playing up so I rung DialAFlight and Dennis seamlessly rearranged the same package for us. Our return flight was scheduled for mid March with Qatar but we weren't surprised when Dennis contacted us to say it had been cancelled however he had, by then, found us an alternative flight which was scheduled for 2 days later. That worked perfectly for us. For reasons unknown, I was unable to check in online and was somewhat concerned as I had no paperwork to show at the airport however again Dennis stepped in and although he obviously was unable to check us in, he was able to secure our seats so we then knew all was ok. I was very relieved that my first attempt at booking directly with Qatar failed as I'm sure we would have encountered no end of problems in trying to contact them from overseas. With all our communications with Dennis we feel he is an old family friend now and we will certainly contact him when we're ready to book another holiday.

One of the biggest reasons I use Dial a Flight is if anything should go wrong I would have someone to talk to within a few seconds who could sort it out. This was the case being stuck in Sydney after several schedule changes and cancellations with Qatar Airlines. The day and night team were superb in getting us home even when half way and being abandoned in Kuala Lumpa by Qatar Airways. Basically we couldn’t have got home without them. You now have a customer for life, thank you.

I have had Amelia at Dialaflight arrange quite a few of my long haul holidays and all of them have worked out brilliantly. Using Dialaflight makes the whole process of booking flights so much easier and to know I can call on them anytime while I am away if there are flight problems is very reassuring.
