I was greeted with a lovely smile from the sale assistant who helped me find the perfect 60th birthday diamond from my husband. I actually cried when we went to collect it. The setting was an old design but the lady in the shop supported me getting the required design. The sales assistant was Miss Kelly C.

Deborah Barnes made the experience so easy and simple.sat down talked me through my options and is an absolute star.i would give this lady 10/10 for all round customer satisfaction.would highly recommend this shop and from when i entered until i left not only Deborah but all the staff made me feel so welcome

I've recently been proposed to with the most gorgeous ring and Sally was there from my panicked partner looking at rings for the first time, customisation of the ring and through to getting it resized ever so slightly. She was amazing and can't thank her enough.

I recently had a ring made for me by diamond heaven and i am very happy, kushi was very concise and obviously knows what shes talking about, my requirements were very particular and i got various quotes prior to commiting to this orginisation and the price was competitive. Im now getting another request priced up, i like the fact they give you a three dimenstional image before you commit, very happy and would recomend based on my experience.
