Having been married for over 37 years I wanted an upgrade to my diamond engagement ring and Lin certainly helped me choose the right one. It's beautiful and I can't thank her enough.

Really pleased with the service and products at Diamond Heaven, Guildford. We were looked after by Steph and she was hugely helpful right from the beginning. Steph was welcoming and professional. She made sure we found the right rings for us and was very patient while we explored all our options with her. The rings arrived within the time frame that was communicated to us and I am very pleased by the craftsmanship.

Wow what perfect service and we found the perfect engagement ring all thanks to Rosario, she took the time to ask us what we had in mind and found the one, we instantly fell in love with the ring, Rosario talked us through everything about our purchase, nothing was too much trouble, I would also like to say thank you to Rhiannon and Jack who looked after us on our visit to the store

The woman took her time to help me get what I wanted and was very friendly and the other woman was the same when she came through, only thing I was disappointed in was the certificate hadn't been sent and I needed to go back to pick it up as if I wanted it sent to my address it was £20 when wasnt sent with the purchase id think it would be free

My husband bought me an eternity ring for our 15 anniversary. It took a ridiculous amount of time to come with minimal communication. I wore it for about 2 weeks and then noticed some of the diamonds had fallen out. We contacted the company and sent back
(Less than 30 days after we received) It took them another month to ‘assess’ the ring and we were advised it was beyond repair due to a ‘significant impact’. There was no damage other than the missing diamonds when we returned it. I also wear 2 other rings on the same finger that are not damaged. I have a health condition which limits what I do so the ‘significant impact’ has occurred whilst sitting at a desk or travelling to the office. They have not returned the ring to us so currently have both the ring and our money. Next up - court!

I brought my good lady wife in to purchase yet another anniversary gift and Maria was more than helpful with our purchase. We would definitely recommend and return to this store thank you ladies for your wonderful help and assistance. A full 5* s

This is my wife's favourite shop to visit every time we have a break in Liverpool, and this occasion was no different. My wife is wheelchair bound due to a stroke many years ago, and the shop is wheelchair accessible and welcoming. On the way in my wife spotted a ring with three diamonds (combined 13.7 carats) that she fell in love with. The ring was the perfect size for her finger. We also had one of our sons and his partner with us who were looking for an engagement ring, and again a perfect one was easily found in the display. The shop had a sale on mildly cushioning the blow, but I left with two extremely happy female relatives!! We were served by Sally who had helped us previously. Next time we are visiting Liverpool I am sure that my wife will want us to make a beeline back to Diamond Heaven.

Khushi was really helpful in finding me an everyday diamond earring. I couldn’t be more happier with the one we selected. She is very knowledgeable and I’ve learnt a lot from her. I couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be coming back.
