I’m fairly Pc savvy, but i was looking to upgrade my Tower and pc as a whole . And i really didn’t want to take the time to assemble everything. Plus i wanted a water cooling system. And so i did a lot of research for prebuilt Comps . And by did my eyes light up when i found Digital Storm . I was excited . I made a budget and went to work ! And i am forever thankful ! I love me Pc and i show it off every chance i get !

My family has purchased 4 desktop PC's from Digital Storm this year that replaced 3-4 year old systems. We have found their PC's to be reliable, customer service is great. Any questions that we have are answered promptly. They kept us updated on the status of system build and shipping. The PC's arrived as scheduled with not shipping issues. There systems have proven to have high quality and reliability.

The person that I worked with on the build of a new pc made suggestions that improved the PC. For example, I originally requested a build with 64GB of ram. The recommended 32 GB instead. Also, the tech recommended a faster speed or ram that I originally had in my build. This is my second Digital Storm PC and I will continue buying from Digital Storm. The cost is reasonable compared with other PC build companies and the service is exceptional.

Customer service was above and beyond what I’ve experienced. I was able to speak to a rep and they helped show me where I should upgrade and what I could downgrade equipment based on my specific needs. The build time took as long as the told me it would. The setup videos were amazing and the pc itself has performed above and beyond my expectations.

The biggest issue now is the quality of the P.C.’s being built and the support needed when a P.C. has to be sent back in for repair. Our first desktop computer have lasted 15 years and were great. They were Windows 10 machines. We needed to upgrade and now have Windows 11. The last 17-inch laptop has had issues since we purchased it. After having it for some time and dealing with support we were asked to send it in. Not once did anyone call us about replicating the issue. Nor did we get a phone call to discuss it. They had the laptop for about 10 days before they even looked at it and then, once l was told they we looking at it, within a day it was shipped back to us with no resolution. Very poor support.

Mind you, the phone support has always been great and they tried to resolve the issues. I have no issues with Philip or Steven with phone support provided, but it was not enough to resolve the issues, hence sending it in. I have had issues with my desktop too. Not as bad as the laptop, but more issues, thankfully that have been resolved over the phone.

I never thought I would buy another brand computer after we started purchasing them back in 2015, but now I see no difference between the quality of Digital Storms laptops and other brands. The biggest difference is the phone support. Digital Storms phone support is still second to none.

I have purchased 3 desktop PCs through Digital Storm, and assuming they are around when the time comes for my next one there will be a 4th. I have had nothing but a positive experience working with them. Building a PC through the website is straightforward, on my 2nd PC I had missed something and they reached out during the build to clarify and I was able to correct it. I can't really rate customer support post-purchase since I have not run into any issues with any of my PCs. My second one lasted almost 10 years (with things like graphics card upgrades along the way) with no hardware or performance issues. I would absolutely recommend using Digital Storm based on my experiences.

After about 9 months, my Corsa is still running like clockwork. My build was done quickly and I wanted to wait to review it after it had several months of run time. It’s gotten what I would call moderate to heavy play time running games both old and new, and I’ve had no problems with the hardware or the OS install.

When looking for a computer to mostly use for gaming I searched many different companies before buying. I am not tech savvy so I was really just looking at similar/ better/ different components and pricing. I like what I saw with digital storm and in the last 10 years or so I have purchased 3 computers from them; for me in the last year and my two boys. ZERO issues with any of them all still working perfectly!

I've bought two different rigs From Digital Storm. Both mid-level builds with a couple of upgrades. I really can't express how happy I've been with both of them. The quality of the build and the components were outstanding. The fact that keep you in the loop during the whole building/testing/shipping process is unheard of. You can actually talk to the person working on your machine. The only and I mean only reason that I only gave them 4 stars and not 5 is that I asked for some merch with my second build and didn't get any! LOL

Choosing Digital Storm to build my next desktop PC was the best decision I've made in a while. I've literally built all my previous desktop PCs on my own, but I needed my updated machine to work out of the box for my high-end editing and photo requirements and be AI capable on top of it. I probably could have done this myself, but decided that with technology advancing at this pace, trusting Digital Storm was the best option. I told them what I needed to do with this and they helped me build with the best components/parts for what I needed to accomplish. The build went quickly and delivery arrived on time. All for a very fair price! And I know they are there in case I have any technical questions. I'd do it all again and probably will in a few years.

Digital Storm has GREAT customer service. I’ve called them a few times-once for “Where’s my order” and twice for “tech support” with getting my new computer set up. They were friendly, patient and knowledgeable on each occasion. One tech even call me back a week later, just to make sure that we were still up and running. (We were)

I'm a software engineer and have been using Digital Storm for decades now to make my home machines and workstations. They've always provided great service. Their robust testing process ensures that hardware problems are rare, but in the few cases where I've needed support, they responded very rapidly and completely solved the problems for me. Once, many years back, a component on a laptop of mine gave out, and they had the laptop back to me with the part replaced within 48 hours!

Digital storm provided an amazing experience and an outstanding product. this is my second VELOX Pro PC and I absolutely love it. the team at digital storm was so helpful in selecting the correct build for me based on what I do. I would recommend Digital Storm to everyone who is in the market for a high end quality PC. Yes price might be "High" but i believe you get what you pay for not just in product but also customer service. It is rare these days to deal with such incredible service as it seems society is pulling the human interaction out of our daily experiences more and more. Service, quality.

This is my 2nd Digital Storm purchase, first one was in use for around 10 yrs. Bought a custom Velox in June of 2025. Coming up on a year of excellent performance.

Purchasing process was smooth. Build was slow, but they had set my expectations during purchasing as to how long it'd take, and they were within those guidelines. I was kept informed each step of the way. FedEx damaged box during transit cross-country (something very heavy/sharp corner had clearly been dropped on the box, cutting into and denting it) and delivered it to me upside down despite clear THIS END UP stickers and labelling. I had to contact support due to video card damage. Support was fast and helpful, I sent it back RMA. Repair was done quickly and it was shipped back to me safely and has been running without a single problem ever since.

My experience with Digital Storm from the very beginning has been excellent. From choosing the parts for my build to receiving updates throughout the process, everything was clear and honest every step of the way. Shipping was smooth, and I appreciated the consistent communication.

Even the unboxing experience was a step above. They did everything they could to protect the PC during its journey, and it arrived in perfect condition.

Customer service is outstanding. I called for help tuning and updating my BIOS, and the process was completely smooth and stress-free.

The PC itself is awesome. It’s incredibly quiet—so quiet it actually caught me off guard at first. I use it for recording music and videos, and for gaming (COD, CS2, Rainbow 6), along with OBS, DaVinci Resolve, and other software. Nothing slows it down—it handles everything effortlessly.
