I was able to configure the machine, processors and storage I needed. Digital Storm Storm does an excellent job communicating the status of the order as the machine is assembled, configured and stress tested and then shipped. I have not experienced any problems and am very pleased with the performance.

This is my second computer I've ordered from Digital Storm. Super easy experience, very reliable, and I knew immediately I had a great computer on the way.

We typically build PCs in our household, and both times I've ordered from Digital Storm were when we had an issue with a build and wanted a replacement fast while we figured out the build.

I know I can always trust this company to have great quality and reliable service. The computer I get from your team winds up becoming my main personal gaming PC and then the one we just built ourselves will become the main 'family' PC in our living room.

I don't order often because the PC is such a great quality that my last one lasted me 10 years. I really do appreciate how well done it is, the instructions are easy, manual and all other extra components are still included if I need them, etc.

I love my Digital Storm Velox! I have gotten three computers from Digital Storm. The first lasted 8 years. I got a new one and then as my streaming and modding took off, upgraded to my current rig. My daughter was extremely happy to claim my last computer which still works perfectly. I am a verified creator for Bethesda and a Twitch and Youtube streamer. My velox handles everything I throw at it. I run Starfield, the creation kit, OBS, and stream on two platforms with no problems - often with over 145 fps. Seems to me that is the ultimate test for any user!

I decided to purchase from Digital Storm due to a recommendation from another customer. The process of choosing everything was so simple and thoroughly explained in each step. The system came in much quicker than expected and my PC has been phenomenal with no issues since. My games run beautifully and although I won’t need to purchase another computer for a very long time, I would return to purchase from Digital Storm again.

Excellent customer service. This is my second purchase of Digital Storm desktop computer. My first purchase lasted 13 years and was still running without issues, except going from a Windows 7, to Windows 10 and Windows 11 no longer being compatible. I was helped with the transition to Windows 10, with customer service helping me for over 8 hours. This was not due to the computer, but my old SSD was not compatible with Windows 10.
I am super happy with my new Velox. Such a quiet machine and very fast. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I have only experienced this great level of quality service from Digital Storm.

Beyond the computers, the service from the team at Digital Storm is second to none. They are always willing to help with issues but also answer general PC related questions. When my machine was well out of warranty, their team spent time walking me through the pros and cons of different newer PCs I was considering. Will be a lifelong customer!

From start to finish, DS keeps the customer involved. Even to the point where they reached out with a lower priced spec in that it will perform better for the build/desire outlaid in the original order. And they were willing to work with the refund on the change. This shows that performance and build is the most important criteria, not the bottom $. That the craft is what drives the motivation. I have referred several customers, and since they have also referred, all with the same experiences. Remember, the loudest are the most negative. There are 1000s of people very happy who don't take the time to review. DS is worth every penny and definitely worth the time for your specific build.

I have purchased 2 custom desktop computers and 1 custom laptop from Digital Storm over the last 6 years. I like building my own custom devices that provide the components I need and want for the tasks I am doing. One of the desktops was a computer for my son and his family. I know that the components I chose are quality products which will perform and hold up over time. All of these devices are functioning well. I have occasionally used their tech support which was timely and helpful. For custom building, the website had many options to pick from for the devices I wanted to build. I would recommend Digital Storm for quality custom computer devices specific to your needs.

My PC worked excellently right out of the box. It shipped intact and everything has been working great. It made the experience of finding a PC very seamless and easy. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh build.

I'm a second generation Digital Storm buyer. Two of my kids have purchased from Digital Storm. They both had great experiences and loved their purchases. They recommended Digital Storm to me. So I purchased my computer from them too. I loved how they kept me informed of every step of my computer build. Also my new computer is great. I would definitely recommend Digital Storm to anyone.

I've bought two gaming pcs from Digital Storm. The first one is more than a decade old now (2014) and still running fine. The fans are getting a little noisy but for being 11 years old that's acceptable. The new one worked great right out of the box and has had no issues. I'm an over-planning type of person and spent literally years checking every different PC building site and pricing out parts. The only other site that came close to offering what Digital Storm did for the price was CLX using Costco Next... but they won't ship to CA. I shopped around and couldn't find any other site worth switching to, so I bought from Digital Storm again and the PC works great. Start with Digital Storm and then shop around and see if you can beat it... my guess is that you won't be able to. I haven't had to use their warranty services since the computers have worked great so far but it's nice to know that it comes with a better warranty to other sites also.

Product is top notch as expected. Customer support went above and beyond in working with me around business travel to get my pc.

Awesome ordering and follow up from the account team. They applied some discounts that I was not sure how to select and made unsure the config was what I wanted. While the total build time may seem long, I would rather they take the time to get it right. The shipping was great, on time and the computer was in great shape. Build quality was awesome! Over it was THE best computer buying experience.
