Unreasonably return excuses
I purchased a pair of Yonex shoes from them, but the size of the shoe is too off the scale, my shoe size 3 and as advices by the website at least half size up, so I chose size 4.5. When I received the shoe and tried on, still very tight therefore filed in a return. After few day, the company sent me back the shoe claiming that it has a stain on the heel and unfit for resale. I couldn’t attach a picture to prove them wrong in here. Such company never use again! Beware this company will scam you if you want to return any item. They should put the return policy not accept any return. This happened with other reviews as well.

Any item you wish to return for a refund or exchange must be in a resaleable condition, as per the terms and conditions of our Return Policy. The shoes you returned to us were marked around the ankle. We did send an image to you showing the aforementioned marks. Our system shows this particular pair of shoes has never been sent out on another order and so we know this damage/wear has not been caused by a previous customer. May I politely ask, would you be happy to receive a pair of shoes from us that a previous customer has damaged/worn?
Our Return Policy is readily available before placing an order with us so that you can decide if you agree with our Terms and Conditions before you choose to go ahead and place an order with us.

Know what you want before you decide on the shop
I was looking for a particular indoor court shoe for squash. DS had them very well priced (not the cheapest) but to me they are a recognised name for sport kit. Delivered as expected with enough notifications and no issues. I also had the added bonus of the shoes fitting perfectly first time which doesn't always happen.

Great experience using Direct Sports. Excellent range of tennis shoes, competively priced, well described and easy to filter. Excellent customer service when I needed to return my choice for a different size at no extra cost. Swift returns arrangement and very happy with my Asics Gel Solution Speed FF 3.

I sent back an Adidas Tennis skirt and…
I sent back an Adidas Tennis skirt and I was sent it back saying I had worn it. I have not worn it still had the label on also they said that it smell of washing powder I had put it with my washing that always smells lovely but I can assure you I did not wear it. The customer service is appalling.. I will never use this company again and I would suggest be very careful and make sure you take pictures of when you receive the item and when the item goes back.

Thank you for your feedback, though your comments are untrue.
Your skirt did not have the swing tag label attached to it when you sent it back to us. We do need this label as it has the item’s unique barcode on it which is what we use to scan the product in and out of our stock inventory. This skirt has never been out to another customer and as the label had been removed and the skirt smelled heavily of washing powder, we can deduce it has been used whilst in your care. As we do not sell used goods, we are unable to accept your skirt back from you for either a refund or an exchange.

Great website and great purchases!
The two Babolat skirts I bought were absolutely perfect. I’m a big fan of their all court tennis shoes and this was a first in their clothing but a great fit, very comfortable and nice fabric! Lots of choice on this website for all things tennis so I will definitely be buying from them again! Delivery was quick too!
