Don't get half as much as you do from other companies
Having to use 2 separate canisters to be able to make as much off one single canister I get off other companies, they have smaller boxes what are new what only hold 10 but that shouldn't effect the amount you get out of the canisters, it says on the box 0.5 per canisters which is exactly what I get off other companies but theres not 0.5 in them theres only 0.2. Having to use 2 sometimes 3 and considering its the SAME PRICE absolutely shocking. Will never order off these again

Good price, fast delivery
This was my first purchase from Discount Cream for 6Kg of Lavazza coffee. They were competitive on delivered price and other reviews looked fine. I was not disappointed, the coffee arrived promptly and well packaged with good communication on despatch etc. Assuming they remain price competitive, I would happily re-purchase from them.

Replacing an incorrect order without any problems
Replacing an incorrect order without any problems was very impressive, no request for a return of the incorrect item. What I received as a replacement was also wrong however it was closer to the product that i ordered. so thanks

Wanted an alternative set of flavoured Goodness…
Wanted an alternative set of flavoured syrups without the compromise but all the goodness. I came across this company and the layout of the website meant looking for what I wanted easy, flexible and informative.
The price range was excellent and transparent.
Easy to order and I felt in control and that my items where in safe hands.
When they was due for delivery I was informed each step of the way.
The package arrived each bottle was carefully placed in protective covering and boxed. I was so happy that I will definitely be using Discount Creams again.
I will also recommend 100%.

The initial delivery was late and…
The initial delivery was late and turned up damaged and one of the 2 items was wrong. The damage and late delivery was down to DPD incompetence. Nikki in customer service went above and beyond trying to rectify the issues caused by DPD.
I eventually got what I ordered thanks to Nikki.

A qaulity range of products.
Went online to review thier products, I was specifically looking for salted caramel syrups. Identified what I was looking for and also another one I wanted to try. They are a good price and free shipping over a certain price, which is what I went for. Dekivery was quick and with good communications. Nothing to fault, only thank you for your service.
