I rarely leave reviews, but this experience cost me $3,715 and zero real resolution.

I reached out regarding my chargeback rate after receiving an email from Shopify clearly showing they do count RDR in the chargeback ratio. This directly contradicts what I was told when purchasing the service.

The whole point of paying thousands for RDR alerts was to protect my chargeback rate. Instead:

Shopify still evaluated my account including RDR
I still faced risk and pressure on my payments account
The alerts I paid for ended up being effectively useless in practice

When I asked simple, direct questions, support kept going in circles:

No clear answer on whether Shopify used the RDR filter (they clearly didn’t)
No ownership taken for a paid service not delivering the expected outcome
Constantly redirected me back to Shopify instead of taking responsibility

Even after escalating, the final response was basically:

“RDR worked as intended, Shopify just changed things”

That doesn’t change the fact that I paid thousands for a service that did not protect my business the way it was promised.

Instead of a refund or proper resolution, I got:

Deflection
Generic explanations
And even reminders about unpaid invoices

At this point, I’m left with a financial loss and increased risk to my business.

If you’re considering this service, be very careful.
The reality does not match what is being sold.

Exceptional Results & Professional Team

We’ve had a great experience working with Disputifier. From day one, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of chargebacks and dispute management, and it really shows in the results.

What stood out the most was how proactive and organized they are. They didn’t just handle disputes; they helped us identify patterns, improve our processes, and ultimately reduce our overall chargeback rate. Disputifier is better then the others.

I decided to leave this review after several months of use and, more importantly, after gaining real experience with multiple providers in this space.

Let me start with an important premise: I’ve worked with at least three different providers offering alert and chargeback protection services for e-commerce, and I can confidently say that about 90% of the issues you see mentioned in reviews… are common across all of them.

My experience with Disputifier was not positive at the beginning. I encountered difficulties, misunderstandings, and a specific issue that seriously made me consider leaving the service. At that point, I was convinced there had to be better alternatives on the market.

So I did what any business owner would do: I tested other competitors. And that’s when I had a real surprise. Not only did I not find a better service, but in some cases I encountered even more significant issues, weaker support, and less attentive client management.

This led me to come back and give Disputifier a second chance. The journey wasn’t smooth in fact, it was quite a tortuous one but for that very reason, I now feel I can give a much more informed and balanced opinion.

What truly makes the difference, in my view, is the human side of the service. In an industry where you often deal with impersonal platforms and slow or standardized support, here I found a different approach. I was consistently and carefully supported by a member of the team Michelle and that made a real difference in resolving issues and rebuilding trust, while higher ranked people in the team showed up just to win me back and then disappeared again.

Today, I can honestly say that yes, this is a difficult industry, and yes, problems exist everywhere. But among the available options, Disputifier is the one that has given me the most reliability over time especially thanks to the quality of support and their willingness to handle challenges.
Forget also about the problem they had, all is fixed and everything is working perfectly now.

(Note: I only use the service for alerts and not for handling disputes directly.)

In conclusion, I recommend it especially to those who have already worked with other providers and understand how difficult it is to find a truly reliable service in this space.

Sucks sucks sucks !!
tons of money lost because of their careless service:

- They wont respond to claims in time ( so all cases get closed in favor of buyer)
- integrations ( paypal, stripe, SP) keep getting disconnected
- worse of all: horrible Customer support , they dont even bother to reply.

Untrustworthy. Do not give them your business.

Very disappointed with Disputifier’s lack of trustworthiness.

They attempted to downplay and effectively hide the fact that they were hacked, then tried to frame it as a “minor incident” by claiming no merchants were financially affected, despite clear evidence that unauthorized refunds were processed.

On top of that, after deciding to uninstall, I had to email their team six separate times just to get them to fully disconnect from my Shopify store.

Security transparency and responsiveness are non-negotiable for apps with financial access. Disputifier failed on both.

good app and excellent customer service.

An error had occurred in the app settings, customer service helped me with this perfectly and fixed it for me nicely, the app itself works very well for preventing chargebacks and keeping your dispute rate low, they are definitely the best out there
