putting it together terrible.
Instructions are very poor with very little instruction on how it goes together and what it should look like.
The video on line is conflicting, with one minute telling you to lay the frame on the sides of the wall and floor, then it changes to have no frame on the walls or floor?? What is correct?
No measurements on where the top frame should be to the doors.
No description on how much carpet needed to be cut to make the doors slide, No description on how the frame should sit.
The frame we received all four sides are the same size, meaning that the two sides are too long and the top and bottom are too short.
Our doors are too small in height for the size of the aperture we input into the measurements requested on line. We have had to pack it out by 2 inches.
Poor quality on the middle sections on the inside are not painted just rubbish fibre boards,
For the cost of this product my expectations have not been met and I am very disappointed.

We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the ordering and delivery process, but sorry to hear that there was some disappointment in other aspects of your order.
With regard to the liners, it is advised on our website and under the FAQ's for What is a liner?
"A liner is a piece of MFC (melamine-faced chipboard). This will match your choice of sliding door frame. The purpose of a liner is to act as a floor plate for the bottom track as well as a wall liner where the sliding doors will meet the wall. Our liners are 90mm wide, 18mm thick and approximately 2800mm long. They are not compulsory - and you can delete them from our order sequence if they are not required – however we’d always recommend using a liner to make the installation even easier."
As stated the liners are a standard length which are designed to be cut down. As you have chosen to have liners, we make the necessary adjustments on your measurements provided so that the doors, track and liners fit into the opening. If the opening measurements were accurate then there is no reason that you should have had to pack out the wardrobe or cut your carpet as the liners can sit on top.

Product seems fine but delivery was…
Product seems fine but delivery was awful with us informed they could only deliver Thursday and the driver would contact day before and he told us delivery would be Friday. Communication needs to improve massively!!
In response to the reply, we were informed they could only deliver on a set day, a Thursday. We booked this time off work to ensure we were available. When the driver contacted us, he said he would be delivering Friday morning. After explaining the above, he told me I should have been told it was a 2 day run, and that he wouldn’t be in our area until Friday morning. He then contacted me late Thursday, and was able to deliver post 9pm Thursday evening. However, there was clearly a breakdown in communication between yourselves and the delivery company, that would have resulted in our package being left outside had the drivers luck not been on our side on this occasion.

Very pleased with my wardrobe doors
My wardrobe sliding doors look lovely. They are well made and packaged and slide smoothly. Four maximum sized doors were a challenge for me to fit on my own but a hand from my wife to lug them up the stairs certainly helped. Due to uneven ceiling and uneven floor they took me quite a few days to fit but the finished job looks great.

Really happy with my new doors
Really happy with my new doors. I’d have liked a more informed buying experience and felt like the B & Q website didn’t give enough detail about the technical specification of the doors. That meant I took a bit of a gamble with the purchase, fortunately I’m delighted with the doors.

Ordered these wardrobe doors from B&Q…
Ordered these wardrobe doors from B&Q took over a month to be delivered and when they arrived they were scratched and dented. Obviously needed to take it out of the package to see this. Contacted B&Q and they offered £20 off and only that because damage was "cosmetic". Half of the function of the product is cosmetic which seemed a ridiculous thing to offer such a low partial refund for fault products. Offered a full refund if I returned it but would have to repackage and risk manoeuvring the heavy door back down the stairs then rearrange collection. Would not buy again.

Product itself is good
Product itself is good, and well packaged. However, I wouldn't order from them again because the delivery arrangements and the delivery itself were unacceptably poor. Delivery company is probably a sub-contractor but they are appointed by B & Q so they have the responsibility.

Arrived all wrapped well
Arrived all wrapped well and as advertised. Doors fitted like a dream and actually very easy. If I have one quip it would be rather jumbled up instructions and no list of parts to help identify what’s what! I was able to eventually work it all out though.

Smooth glide
The quality of the doors is very good. They glide very smoothly and quietly. The reason for the 3 stars is the poor instructions - there is vital information missing on the fitting of the soft close. Had to find an online video.

The idea of designing your own wardrobe was brilliant BUT
The idea of designing your own wardrobe is great but the kit that came was disappointing.
The instructions were not clear and the writing was extremely small.
There were no fixing kits provided so this I felt was poor.
The sides of the wardrobe were not cut to size so overall I felt the kit was not worth the money

There should have been a pack of screws included inside the track box, i am sorry if these were not included and will also pass this on to our production team to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
Our end panels are only supplied to one size, however they are designed to be cut down.

Having taken a look into this and your correspondence with our customer support team it appears that there was some confusion about our products when you placed your order, specifically the trackset.
We are sorry that the supporting literature regarding the access into the wardrobe was misinterpreted. There is a section within the ordering process which states that the number of doors you choose will affect the opening for you to access the wardrobe. All of our terms and conditions are clearly stated on the same website along with our contact details should you require any technical advice or assistance when placing your order.
We have taken on board your feedback and will be sure to pass this on to the relevant department for internal review and future improvement purposes.

Super fast dispatch!
Super fast dispatch and the products arrived when they said they would. Two of the six doors ordered were damaged and I’m still waiting to hear from them regarding a resolution for this.
Note that it’s only the doors that arrive made to measure, the tracks, liners and side panels all come in a standard size and need to be cut down.

Mirrored Wardrobe Doors
Great service and the mirrored doors were well packed; however finding out that the ‘best’ wardrobe ends were merely laminated chipboard was disappointing and I’m waiting for them to be collected - these were excessively overpriced.
Also, if buying through B and Q website, don’t! Purchase in store then you can add bonuses to your club card. This is not an option on-line!

Ordered 3 door shaker with middle door…
Ordered 3 door shaker with middle door as mirror, sent grey glass mistake, called customer service to have it amended & was told it was my mistake ordering online asked for a call by a manager 3 days later still waiting.
Eventually received contact from a customer service manager after I had put a poor review on trustpilot I might add.however after reading Spacepro’s reply my issue wasn’t rectified and the partial refund was for a different issue damage to one of the doors.
So NO I won’t change my trustpilot review to a more favourable one as your service manager asked.
Now furious!!!!
