Professional but kind.
All the staff were extremely professional but kindly. All very helpful. Adoption papers were all explained and we were able to meet and talk to the ‘foster parent’ , with whom our dog had been staying . This was very useful in having first hand views on behaviour and temperament.

Dogs Trust found me the ideal dog. They matched all the criteria I set and were able to come up with exactly what I was looking for.
The whole team at Digs Trust were really friendly and welcoming and also helpful and supportive.

Everyone was very helpful at all times
Everyone was very helpful at all times.
We are very lucky to have to have found Rio who is a lovely dog and is very responsive to his name and many commands. His only fault is stealing food!!
He is good with other dogs and people although does jump up sometimes. Everyone loves him. He is very affectionate. He can be left for a few hours. He has an hour in our local woods each morning and a short poo walk before bedtime. He loves running around our verybig garden and chases the squirrels.He always stays within it’s boundaries.
We would be very pleased to have news of his partner Flynn?? Please. 🙏
He was immaculately clean when we got him

So many thanks to DogsTrust Shoreham for helping us find our Molly :-)
We lost our lovely dog of nearly 14 years just after Christmas. Anyone who has lost a dog understands how painful the whole thing is... Three months later we realised the void in our lives was a dog although we thought that we couldn't possibly have another :-) We thought long and hard and decided that we would look at Rescue Dogs and were so glad we did. We have now had our Molly for four months and she has been wonderful. She is much loved and cared for and is quite a well known character in our neighbourhood. She grows in confidence everyday and never ceases to amaze and amuse us. Considering her awful first years this is amazing. None of this would have been possible without the understanding, support and sheer professionalism of the amazing DogsTrust and ALL the staff who were involved in the whole adoption from start to finish. With their advice, support and understanding we look forward to every day with our amazing Molly. My wife and I cannot recommend the DogsTrust enough. Thank you to everyone at the DogsTrust both locally and nationally.

Happy experience
The centre was absolutely pristine, with lots of inside space. The fields area was large and perfectly safe to meet and take new dog for a walk. It was clear that animal welfare was at the forefront of every interaction.
The staff were very friendly and informative. The behaviour talk was particularly useful (for me and new dog).

Dogs Trust Salisbury Rehoming Centre…
Dogs Trust Salisbury Rehoming Centre were brilliant.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and could answer my many questions. We felt supported throughout the adoption process and have access to a comprehensive post adoption service as well.
I've never adopted a dog before but if we do again in the future Dogs Trust would be our first choice.

The Company was prompt in responding to my application to adopt. The staff were efficient, friendly, caring, professional and organised. They were welcoming and calm and explained everything clearly and thoroughly.

Adopted a 4 year old Lakeland Terrier from this company in Leeds. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful answering any questions I had.
Would definately recommend using them if looking to rescue a dog.

We are very happy with the experience…
We are very happy with the experience we have had with the Dogs trust.
Everything was explained to us about the adoption process and we were happy meeting our new dog in the living room setting.
There was one time we didn't have any one to speak to but it was soon resolved.
We are very happy we adopted a dog from the dogs trust and it's given her a family she deserves we are so happy to have her.
