Excellent tea towel. Some how I had put the wrong postcode on address but this was quickly sorted thanks to Dogsy letting me know of my mistake so thank you to whoever in the team sorted that out. Now looking at what to buy next

I ordered a cushion for my daughter’s birthday with a picture of her dog on it. The cushion is lovely and such good quality. I am more than happy with it

The personalised blanket was a success. Such a great gift idea for anyone who loves their pets and who wants to be able to snuggle with them forever more. Cannot recommend this company enough,
they are UK based and a small business so it’s great to support.

All great. Would have been great if I could have had more space rather than being restricted to two numbers, but understand squad numbers are never more than two.

Good pillow, but the picture was a little too big on the cover, whether it was my fault or not, im not sure, came in good time

Really not what I was expecting. There pictures show a lovely portrait of your dogs head. I received a small oblong of the whole picture I had sent and was about 5cmx9cm. The stitching was also not brilliant. Really disappointed with the keyring I recieved and definitely not worth the money

I made an order of 5 items for a special birthday present as the reviews were all pretty positive on the website, I will not be ordering again!
I ordered a pj set with grey shorts and was sent different shorts, I emailed and was told these were sent as the grey shorts were out of stock so they sent the tartan shorts instead (even though still showing as in stock on website).

Listing photos are misleading, for example the pj dog print is only on the front not the back as expected. The t-shirt I ordered placed my dog’s photo in completely the wrong place. Socks are made from cheap fabric.

I’ve been emailing as was told I would get a partial refund and sent a replacement t shirt but am not receiving any response now to my emails and it’s been a full week.
Not impressed at all and suspect that bad reviews aren’t shown on their website. Would not recommend.

Great product, couldn’t recommend enough.

Beautiful scarfs product sent promptly, correct order, and most importantly the dogs love having these scarves with their names on them.

Have bought a t shirt before and been really impressed which is why I placed another order for a gift. Unfortunately I’m not so pleased with the cushion and socks. The design does not look the same as it did in the preview - in the preview the image was central and proportionate to the cushion with space around the photo at the edges but when the cushion arrived the image was too big and went right to the edges, looking disproportionate and not as good as I had expected. The socks look good and seem good quality but I ordered a child’s size large (7-10) years but they are very small and more suited to age 4-8 years - hopefully they will stretch!
