Order not arrived after 4 weeks
I ordered a pair of joggers on 10th June 2025 and they have still not arrived. I have emailed three times and the first two times received the same reply apologising for the delay and they will send me the tracking info when it’s been sent out. I never received the tracking info nor the product. I have now emailed to cancel the order but I’m not hopeful I will get a refund.

Terrible experience for a mother day gift
So I ordered a mug for Mother’s Day on the Sunday before so that it would arrive on the Friday before Mother’s Day however it never came then I told them I hadn’t received any tracking information which then sent me the tracking information 24 hours later. I placed the order on the 23rd of march and still hadn’t received by the time I went on holiday which was the 11th of April and I did ask on the 11th to cancel the order as there was no updates on the tracking and never heard anything afterwards

The Premier league football club shirt for a dog was great. Very authentic in colour and the club crest. Very pleased it with the delivery time.

Didn't receive item, I ordered for this mothers day chased them up promised they would deliver, never did. I asked for a refund, still not received, awful company, do not use.Obviously using fake reveiws
