Excellent from ordering to installation
From the first phone enquiry to delivery and installation of my two outside composite doors I received the highest stand of customer service. I highly recommend Doors Galore and am delighted with the doors. The fitter was recommended by them as I didn’t know who to use. He was pleasant, thorough and tidy. I’d definitely use them again.

Brilliant customer service
Customer service is second to none. Frankie was brilliant from start to finish. She helped with my very specific delivery instructions, doors to one address, handles and intumescent strips for fire doors to another, guided me on what I would need and was just brilliant... I would definitely go to this company again if I ever change the doors in my own house

High quality and prompt delivery
Ordered 7 Belize doors, so much better than anything we had seen elsewhere, also the black ironmongery again quality was excellent. All delivered promptly and efficiently.

She has gone above and beyond to help us. Three doors were damaged by the manufacturer, but this was spotted and immediately rectified. Brilliant attention to detail, customer service and also the cheapest prices locally in Sheffield or online nationally. 100% recommend. Thank you

door was damaged and arrived without any packaging. Contacted immediately, unhelpful and rude response. Do not buy from this cowboy company.
Reading the reply from this unworthy comapny, I want to point out that at no point it was indicated that door will be delivered without packaging. It is absolutyely irrelevant who transported the door inside the house and it is absolutely false to state the door was thoroughly inspected. As stated do NOT buy from this company

The door purchased was a timber door blank which does not come covered. The courier booked you in and delivered the door. He lifted the door into the house for you as it is a very heavy door. It was thoroughly inspected by the gentleman at your property and was signed for perfect. If there had been any issue with the door on delivery it could have been pointed out and would have been returned to us with the courier.

Damaged door, poor service
Ordered 2 doors kept them in the protective packaging until carpenter was ready to hang them. Once opened found door were damaged, called door galore to report the damage, they insinuated I had damaged the doors, absolute joke of a company. Extremely poor customer service. Can’t even be bothered to deal with them anymore.

The door delivered in good condition. It was in your possession for 1 month prior to the joiner arriving. Although a problem was discovered prior to hanging the door was hung. We ask that doors are inspected prior to hanging so an exchange can be arranged. Once hung we are not able to offer this especially when the door has been hung knowing there was an issue.
