To be honest the Four Tops were absolutely useles & so many people in the surrounding seats said the same. What a difference when The Temptations came on, they were brilliant from the very first song right till the very end. Thank God for the Temptations with just one surviving original member.

I had used this company previously, so I was confident the tickets would arrive, and they did, a few days before the event.

The seats were two rows back, which was great. However, my main disappointment was that they were very much to the side of the stage, whereas my purchase was advertised as being front and centre. As these tickets were a gift for a huge fan, that was quite disappointing.

My other issue was the lack of communication. Immediately after purchasing, I tried calling several times and also sent an email to check the seat location, but I never received a response. That was frustrating and could definitely be improved.

Overall, the tickets were genuine and arrived on time, but the seating wasn't as expected and the customer service let the experience down.
