Good tickets fair price and good communication

Have used multiple times for tickets. Easy process and helpful.

Selling tickets for the "wrong" date is not a good way to keep customers happy. The aggro and cost of changing transport and a hotel was amazing

Great tickets delivered to me well before the event. Very helpful and friendly service when I needed help because I made a mistake on my initial order.

Ticket purchasing process easy enough and they responded to my queries promptly

Great venue great size you don’t get lost see and hear perfect all round great experience

Very helpful staff. I initially booked one ticket instead of two, by mistake and one of your employees made sure we had seats together when I booked a second ticket.

Got a pretty good seat at the sold out Paul McCartney concert. Yes it was VERY expensive, but I was grateful to get into the concert. Ticket purchase and delivery process was smooth.

Excellent service and tickets, would highly recommend😊

I'd given up hope of seeing Paul McCartney until an email from Double8 arrived and I snapped two up. They were as described and the process was hassle free. I have used Double8 and am always happy with their service

It all went well from start to finish
From purchasing to receiving the tickets

Got these tickets at well below face value. They arrived the next day. I rang 88 first to check how they'd be delivered. I didn't have to wait on the phone and the service online and on the phone was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent show by Mister Dylan and so glad that I now saw him once live. The wonderful atmosphere at the Royal Albert was an additional bonus.
Found out about the show when it was already sold out, but it was handy to get a ticket via Double8. Thank you

The venue was wonderful and the seats were fantastic

Great value for such amazing seats. Very good communication, I would definitely recommend to friends and family and 100% use again.

Bob Dylan was in pretty good form. It's been the norm for his concerts for some time that he goes through his routine non-stop and disappears with no encore. He used to say a very few words, but nothing now, and, as one of the same age as he, I sympathise. His voice was strong and I enjoyed the show. He's a living legend and there won't be too many more chances to see him before he calls it a day

I’m usually quite cautious about any ticket resellers, but Double8 have been brilliant!

There was a very quick and painless transfer of tickets well before the event took place - brilliant seats as well!

Absolutely amazing. This was a birthday present for my boyfriend and he laughed all the way through. He spoke about it for days would definitely go to another of his shows

Great experience every time that I buy tickets.
They always deliver what they promise.
Very impressed.
I’ve bought from them three times in the last year, and every time has been perfect.
