Very good products but ordering from their website is practically impossible and contacting them to let them know strictly impossible ( you need an order number ). Not customer oriented, sadly because the products are great. Buy in shops or Amazon. DF will lose a large part of their margin but you will get their products.

I cancelled my order as per my statutory rights. A kind lady called Amanda had corresponded by email and confirmed the order is cancelled, I cancelled before my order had been dispatched.
Sent email regarding my funds to return, but no reply.

Great product & delivery

Excellent product. I been tried many different types of flour to make a bread but the Daves farm flour is the best. You even have in your offera flour completely forgoten like emmer ,chickpea or einkorn. Truly love it.

I'm sick of the customer service response by email.
Don't Seem to understand or sort anything out. I had a bad batch of the 25kg flour. The dough turned black instantly and I know this was a bad batch as I use this flour.
I gave evrything they asked for including invoice, pics, etc.
after numerous email replies they stooped answering and do not want to sort anything out or refund.
Save your self the hassle and do not order from this company.

Great products, but the usual scam of persuading you to give up your email address for a 10% discount on your first order. Surprise surprise it doesn't work. Expect of the usual cowboys, but not a high end supplier. Won't use again.

They used DPD to ‘deliver’ who throw your parcel into a puddle by your front door open to the road and not safe at all. They totally ignore delivery instructions clearly given to DPD who accept it was all very wrong but refuse any refund of costs whatsoever and hope you go away. Doves - find a better delivery company or take responsibility yourselves for your customers when your partners fail so badly.

I ordered a bread making collection and have been having fun trying new loaves. One of the breads didn’t rise and I emailed Doves Farm, not really expecting a reply. Instead I received a response the next day asking for photos. The team then sent me an email with tips and offered to send me another bag of flour so I could try again. I thought this was a very generous gesture and was extremely impressed with the prompt customer responses.

I was sent an order by Dove farm foods but unfortunately the order delivered was wrong and not as per the invoice order.
The customer service phone contact number doesn't work at all but I did get through to their commercial side. The guy recognised my order was wrong but could do nothing about it and said I'd have to contact Wessex Mills where the order was origionally placed.
Update;
I have been asked to remove this review by Dove Farm Foods to another business but they don't say which. The invoice was clearly from "Doves Farm Foods" and the order was supplied by Wessex Mills that belongs to Doves Farm Foods. I new line in customer relations that I haven't previously come across!
Update;
27 February, I received an email from Doves Farm Foods to say the order would be completed and delivered on the 28th which it was but the package was damaged (by DPD) and flour was leaking out. The package was returned.

Such a shame. Good product but appalling customer service. Only half my order arrived, no explanation except a scribbled pencil note: "to follow". No new delivery date either. I tried 'phoning and was told to either record a message and press hash, or press star for an operator. I pressed star five times in all. Each time I was told to leave a message. I wrote and had the 'usual' response about a couple of days delay etc. I have a schedule for baking and without knowing what's going on at Dove's Farm, cannot follow this. As I say, the product is good value, the company just needs to get its act together as regards customer services.
20th February update. An email from Amanda at Dove's put things in perspective and that's helpful. It is still a shame though that it's not easy to make direct contact by phone. Short of staff and delayed supply to Doves caused the problem.
