I have recently moved house and encountered a very odd faukt with the CH system which came on when the timer was at OFF position i assumed this might be the Drayton timer amongst other possible errors
With help on line i was able to eliminate the Programmer and my plumber found a wrongly designed and fitted spur radaiator
Excellent
Excellent! We can control our heating much better now
More comfortable. Heating goes off at 8.30pm now, on again 7am - but that can be cancelled via my phone, if it is warm enough.

What a breath of fresh air this company is ! I purchased a wireless heating control system 3 years ago from screwfix which has been flawless, I’ve added extra radiator valves with ease and am very impressed with the value for money.
My boiler controller stopped working and the technical help over the phone was great. Unfortunately water had got into the unit as it had been installed below the boiler and I needed the replacement. Dryton were able to advise replacement part and cost, which I was able to get the same day from screwfix, very happy with the product and customer service

Great customer service - again.
Just had great customer service from Drayton Wiser support. When I installed the HubR gen2 upgrade they talked me through it, and today I needed help with reconnecting to a new router, no problem. All good and easy to contact on the phone. Been with Wiser over 4 years, highly recommended.

Reliable Heating Control
My central heating and hot water is fully controlled by Wiser Heat. It is very reliable and easy to set up and use.
If I ever have a problem the help has been excellent being able to easily contact the technical support team either by phone or email.

I recently moved into a new house and inherited a gas central heating system with a very basic controller. I wanted a control system that would work from my phone and allow individual control of radiators. First Call Heating of Southampton, who look after my heating system recommended the Wiser System. It was easily fitted (shout out to First Call) and it works brilliantly, doing exactly what I want. There was a minor glitch in that the app wouldn't work on my phone. However I contacted Drayton, who immediately understood the problem and within a week or so had issued an update to the app which dealt with the problem. That's what I call service.
Highly recommend.

A very adaptable system with first class support that is easy to access
I recently moved into a new house which has a Drayton Wiser control system for the heating. I didn’t have any instructions and it was mainly a case of working out what was going on myself, though the previous owner was happy to answer questions.
Initially it seemed very daunting and over complicated but I have grown to love it. Using a mixture of room thermostats and radiator thermostats allows a huge amount of control and personalisation. The app is simple to use and works well. There is a vast amount of help online and it is simple to contact the technical help team at Drayton. Even though I haven’t personally spent money on buying the system the help desk were faultless in their support and response.
I am very impressed by the system and it is reassuring to know there is first class support available should I need it.

Abysmal "service"
Abysmal "service", actually no service at all! I purchased enough self-balancing TRVs to do my entire house and I contacted support with a reasonable and detailed question on Oct 27th. After getting no response, I called twice and despite assurances that somebody would call me back, nobody ever did. I submitted a new request on Nov 7th and again nobody ever responded. On January 8th, I received a request to provide feedback on the "customer service" which at this point does not exist at all. I clicked the link to provide the feedback because, apparently they would "love to hear what I think of their customer service" but clearly they don't because the link took me to a page that said "This request is now closed.. Unfortunately, that means the ticket can no longer be rated."
Absolutely ignorant, dreadful service.

Drayton RF room thermostat
I bought an RF room thermostat, made by Drayton.
My intention was that it be a dedicated control for an infant's bedroom, to ensure that the room stayed at a safe, comfortable temperature during winter. I am a gas engineer. It was a complete waste of money and time!
Once installed, the stat refused to pair with the sender. After much effort, my son in law managed to do this. But would this thing simply act as a room thermostat? No, of course not! That would be too simple, wouldn't it? There are innumeranle options mentioned in the instructions, but nothing that would make it do what it is supposed to do! So we contacted Drayton's technical support department. In common with most tech support people, they failed to say anything useful, to the extent that it became worse, randomly switching the heating on and off, even for as little as 30 seconds, during which time no difference in temperature could have happened.
My next step is to uninstall it, fit a real, hardwired room stat and never buy from Drayton ever again.
Although they replied to the above, making sympathetic noises, it did nothing to improve my experience and waste of money on their useless product!

Great products and support
Used the Wiser 2 zone heating control system for a couple of years. Easy to use with a straight forward app to control your heating and hot water. I have had a couple of glitches when changing Internet supplier re connecting to the Internet but wiser have a fantastic telephone helpline. Everytime I have had to call them they've been really supportive and patient sorting the problem for me. I would definitely recommend there systems for ease of use and reliability

First class system and excellent back up.

When ever i have any issues i email or ring Drayton for support. On each occasion i have received first class service and always had my issues resolved. Always speaking to a real person and no BOTs.
I only wish all companies gave such a good service. Thanks Drayton.

Technical problems setting up
Great support team. I'm no good at technology, but the team were patient, and kind talking me through every step. I got through straight away to talk with someone.. Now all up and running. Thanks to Mike and John

Drayton TVR4 radiator valves
Drayton TVR4 radiator valves are very good and are trouble free for many years until they start to drip water, the best thing then is to change the gland seals without having to de-pressurise the central heating system saving time and expensive plumber fees. Had problems getting the gland seals initially but their customer services helped me to sort this issue. I contacted Screwfix who are looking at holding these seals in stock for customers to buy.
