Dream Doors Ltd Avis

Friendly, professional, did what they said they would do, tidy workers and did what was best for us and not what earnt them the most money

Wow.... 10/10..... out of this world from the first visit to signing the work off. Ama from the Maidstone store visited and was engaged with what I wanted to achieve. He retuned to carry out the survey brimming with genuine enthusiasm and passion. Then came the fitting. The pre agreed date was never changed and allowed me to have trades attend prior. Mark the fitter was A Class and went above and beyond to ensure that my kitchen was everything that I wanted and need it to be with attention to detail. Even the team in the office were efficient and happy when I called. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the cabinet doors are superb and now I have place to spend time with family that is no longer out of date and tired. Theeee best experience from start to finish xx

Very pleased with my updated kitchen. We visited the Shirley branch and got a reasonable quote from Luke. Work was carried out over 3 day period. We did have some issues along the way but the DD team were responsive and sent their team to get it fixed.

They were really helpful in choosing the style of makeover. Admin was spot on. Excellent workmanship

Kichen refreshed - looks like totally new
Installation team took only 2 days - very professional, tidy and friendly
Price - saved a fortune against a totally new kitchen
Service - helpful service

I went to the Kings Langley branch

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen transformation from Dream Doors Ltd! 🥰✨

From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. The team were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, and the quality of the work is brilliant. They’ve completely transformed our kitchen and it honestly feels like we have a brand-new kitchen without the stress and cost of a full refit!

The attention to detail was excellent, everything was completed to such a high standard, and the finished result is even better than we imagined. We absolutely love our new kitchen! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone at Dream Doors Ltd for all your hard work and for giving our kitchen a beautiful new lease of life. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to transform their kitchen.

5 stars from us — we absolutely love it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dream Doors were exactly what I was looking for. A local showroom, with a wide range of quality products, and helpful, friendly staff every step of the way. I was impressed with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company.

From our very first visit to the Dream Doors North Hykeham showroom, Mirelle and later Toni were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful on all visits and communications. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Our first home visit from the owner, Scott, was equally positive. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful with the design, offering ideas and guidance while making sure the final plan reflected what we wanted.

Alex, the Installation Manager, was also fantastic. He ensured the whole project was carefully planned and well organised from start to finish, keeping everything running smoothly and giving us confidence throughout the installation.

A special mention also has to go to the fitters, Rob and Dave, who were courteous, professional and a pleasure to have working in our home. They completed the project to a very high standard and, on occasions, went the extra mile to make sure the finished kitchen matched our expectations. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting things right really made a difference.

Overall, the whole team at Dream Doors North Hykeham have been professional, approachable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their kitchen.

Very good service from start to finished. Very pleased with the results.

Dream Doors carried out a makeover of a very 90’s style utility room and have brought it right up to date to match our kitchen. Service by the whole team was exceptional, installation carried out within a day and they came back to carry out final fixings once the new floor was installed. Highly recommend Dream Doors to anyone installing or upgrading a kitchen/utility room.

We decided to go with Dream Doors as the whole team was excellent from start to finish. Our initial interaction with Alan put us at ease straight away.
There were so many choices for all the different finishes and we were so grateful for all his advice when choosing. The install was done quickly and every night the fitters cleaned up after them. There was a few electrical issues that came up during the install but nothing was too much trouble and it was all sorted out without any problems. I love my new kitchen and a massive thank you to the whole team at Dream Doirs in East Kilbride

Excellent service from start to finish. Used Southampton branch. Initially I had the cupboard doors, worktops and sink replaced, but liked them so much that I invited them back to put some cupboards up. The finished kitchen looks fabulous and I’m really pleased with it. The fitter did an excellent job. Very happy to recommend.

Dream Doors Canterbury provide far more than just doors! I had my kitchen updated two years ago - and the design and bespoke pieces that were made to the unique measurements of my old cottage surpassed anything offered by the usual market place companies. Simon's motto is that nothing is impossible- the range of products is amazing and the team, Mike and Archie who fitted the job were meticulous in everything and never fazed by my sloping floors or uneven walls. I was delighted. So it was easy to ask them back this week to add some extra features after I had to move a freezer - Simon made excellent suggestions as before and the 2 guys worked so cleanly and tidily. Great Team - love my kitchen - Its Dreamy!!

Were prompt in responding initially and scheduling the first visit. Showed great patience in aiding decisions regarding choice of colours and materials. Provided sound advice regarding the tiles. Scheduled the work at a time that was agreeable and convenient for us.
The tiler was equally considerate and helpful, specifically in selecting the grout colour.

Turned up promptly for the installation, which was completed in 6-7 working days, with the kitchen usable within 4-5 days so that we weren’t left stranded over the intervening weekend. The fitter was very experienced, extremely knowledgable and meticulous.

The company went to great lengths to ensure complete customer satisfaction. For example, the stainless steel sink in the utility room didn’t look as envisaged. The company replaced it with another sink, only charging for the sink and not for the additional labour.

On completion the company returned to fit the kickboards, which could only be fitted following the laying of the new floor, and attend to the other minor snagging.

All in all, high-quality, honest, professional and thorough.

Dream doors certainly delivered the promise of a dream kitchen. The Heswall office were very helpful. Coming up with solutions to some layout problems making my new kitchen layout better than before. The cabinets and quartz worktop are of excellent quality. The fitters from the joiner, the electrician, the gas plumber and the quartz fitters were all excellent and a pleasure to have in my home.
The communication about the process was very good. I was kept informed at all times, very good customer service. The whole process took 6 days. Am very happy with the end result.

The quality and range of worktops were both excellent.
We also appreciated the excellent service from entering the showroom to the installation.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The whole process was extremely efficient from choosing the worktops to having them fitted (4 weeks).
Thanks to all, but especially Shaun who looked after us so well.

I took a long time to make my mind up about what I wanted and even changed it a few times and at no point did I feel rushed into deciding. The designers were helpful without being overbearing and there was no hard sell. The installation process was very chill and small niggles eg one of the cupboard doors had a tiny chip, but it was absolutely no issue to them to replace it. You can do as much or as little as you want and that’s fine. The only reason my score is 9 and not 10 is because they don’t do floors. It would have been good to get everything done together but this isn’t a massive issue. I’m very pleased with my new kitchen.

When we visited the Bury St. Edmunds showroom the staff were very knowledgeable helpful and friendly.
When the surveyor visited again he was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to make the right decisions.
The fitters were clearly experienced and did a fantastic job and were thorough and very tidy throughout.
The finished kitchen looks a treat.

Excellent service from start to finish, thoroughly recommend this company

After getting comparative quotes we decided to go with Dream Doors.

They made the whole thing effortless and stress free for us an provided a great choice of finishes, including one which was a virtual exact match for our existing.

One minor issue on installation was that the grain pattern on the small drawer fronts ran horizontally whilst the pattern on the larger drawers and cupboards ran vertically. I can see why this was done and it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Overall a very impressive result and I would thoroughly recommend Dream Doors.
