Chris at Cardiff Dream Doors was extremely friendly and professional. His quote for my kitchen makeover wasn't the cheapest but he was so efficient and instilled confidence and that's why I went with his company over the other cheaper ones and I wasn't disappointed..... Liam and Sean did a superb job on fitting my new cabinets and replacement doors and cleaned up after themselves. They were a pleasure to have around and worked so hard to make sure everything fitted well with the very uneven walls in my house. The aftercare was also great. The next day another team arrived to remove all my old kitchen to be disposed of. So much better than another company that told me I'd have to dispose of my old kitchen myself! You get what you pay for and I can highly recommend Chris and his team. Chris also came to have a look at the finished job a few days later and to check that I was happy with everything. I am and have already been recommending Chris and his team to friends. Thank you.

The Dream Doors experience for us has been awful and despite being contacted by Dream Doors head office after the Dream Doors franchise we used went into liquidation without completing our work being finished satisfactorily we still wait for completion! The dishwasher is not secured to the work surface so every time the door is opened the whole machine moves which is not good at all. I contacted Dream Doors head office and eventually we were contacted by a member of the management team who promised to get this all sorted, I estimate this was a month ago and apart from an email nothing further has progressed, they say they can’t find anyone who can secure the dishwasher which I find unbelievable, it was suggested that we try to find someone but if a professional cannot how do they expect us to do so. The franchisee that went into liquidation did so after we paid in full to get the job completed! I would not suggest anyone make the same mistake I did .

Excellent Service and Outstanding Finish – Highly Recommended

I recently had my kitchen doors replaced by Dream Doors Sandbach, along with two new cupboards to complement the existing layout. All exposed surfaces were perfectly colour matched, and the kickboards and pelmets were replaced to complete the look.

I also required a follow-up service visit, which was handled very efficiently and without any fuss. The responsiveness throughout the whole process has been faultless.

The quality of the fittings has exceeded my expectations. The finish is excellent and truly looks like a completely new kitchen, but at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. I’m confident the materials will prove to be durable and long-lasting.

Everyone involved has been friendly, courteous, and professional. The whole experience was reliable and completely stress-free from start to finish.

I would highly recommend Dream Doors in Sandbach to anyone considering replacing their kitchen doors, especially if you already have good condition carcasses and want to avoid the expense and disruption of a brand-new kitchen.

Good communications, helpful advice and a good range of product. The quartz worktop fitters were very good and did a great job. The kitchen fitter Jamie was amazing - super fast, precise and did a superb job. The whole job was completed in about half the time we expected and the result was excellent. Dream Doors Jordanhill did a fantastic job on our kitchen makeover in the city centre. The old kitchen was tired and uninspiring and needed some serious resuscitation. Nicky in the showroom did a fantastic job of pointing us in the right direction ,without being too intrusive, and ensuring that the timescale worked for us. The measuring went seamlessly and was not at all pressurised and the kitchen fitters who came were extremely professional and reliable. I have to see we are really chuffed with the results - it looks amazing, really brightens up the space and is much commented on by all who visit! Would highly recommend. Delighted. Thank you

The refurbishment took 2 days and has completely transformed our kitchen. The kitchen fitter was really friendly and communicated with us all the way through the install checking we were happy with the results.

The quality of the work was brilliant and the new worktops, sink and appliances completely transforms our kitchen.

How you can say I am happy with the results is unbelievable, with all the damage and very poor quality, a very bad experience, because you franchise depends who fits the kitchen, all I can say a very bad experience expecially having to clean hand marks over everything, I am still upset with the whole experience.

I had a positive experience working with Dream Doors. My main kitchen fitter, Jason, along with Andy, Brian, David, Debbie, Nicky and Cat, transformed my kitchen from an old, dated, dark, peeling and dark corner into a light, bright, modern, sleek and spacious heart of my home. I am thrilled with their work, my kitchen has had an incredible transformation. Everything has been completed to a super standard. I was apprehensive to begin this makeover, and it is the largest/longest home project I have undertaken, but they were brilliant. The entire team at Dream Doors have been amazing from start to finish, and I highly recommend their services and company.

I am unimpressed.

We agreed to have kitchen done with dreams doors dundee and paid over 5k deposit back on 27th of october which may not be alot for yous but it is to us. We have all the receipts. Since then had absolutely no communication whenever we call the showroom there is no answer and whenever we call the mobile of the salesperson/showroom owner again no answer to that or texts aswell. I have email emailed them with no response its like we are being avoided. Only couple times i have reached them they said waiting on factory and they would call them and give us update on that day however never have actually got that update. We need the kitchen done so that we can sell our property so this is very distressing the massive delay, while having no idea whats going on. Truthfully it seems like they simply dont care atall and at this point we just want our deposit back and go elsewhere as they have shown no consideration towards us the customer.
