I would like to think that all the representatives they have are as great as the one I got. Michelle was absolutely awesome and with her insight and "bargain-hunting" skills, she worked with the limited information I gave her and has found for us a cruise that seems it will be the BEST EVER!! We are so looking forward to it and I will have to review the great time that I know we will have!!

The only issue I was disappointed with was an online advertisement through Dreamlines that stated free airfare included with cruise price if booked before April 1st. When I asked for airfare to be included, I was told the price would increase by $1000+ if I added airfare. I believe that is false advertisement by Oceania Cruises. I was not happy with that result. Paul Stroncek, the rep I worked with, was very good and I believe that issue was beyond his ability to control or help with. I was happy with Paul Stroncek's assistance with the cruise.
