I was having alot of trouble getting everybody together but -Lori took control making it easy to do business and getting us such a great rate. even managed to get us a drink package ard spending credit and everybody was super excited about this! Great service and help. There was a slight issue with the price shown online and what was actually being charged but it was taken care of in timely manner and i was compensated for the inconvenience. Any and all questions i have given there was a knowledgeable answer for. Very happy thus far with my experience over the phone. Am awaiting the cruise now. Cant wait for that experience
