I love the prices and the products
I love the prices and the products. I'm very happy with most of the products I buy. I was disappointed with one item, though. I ordered an Amazing Air plant, and when I looked for instructions on its care, I found out that it wasn't a plant at all, but an animal that was harvested from the sea and painted green.

This is a crib set up that my daughter and son-in-law wanted for their baby. They, so far, are pleased with the set up. They have yet to have their little one born and sleep in it. For me, the process of ordering and deliver were great.

Thank you for your feedback on the VIP program and how we advertise it. I understand the frustration and inconvenience with having to cancel something that you never intended to apply for.
Our intention is never to lead customers to believe we are trying to scam anyone out of their hard earned money, however, we do have opportunities such as this program available because it is truly a money saving program if shopping at the stores and companies who partake in it.
We will pass your comments along for review and future consideration about possibly changing the verbiage and how it is presented. The offer that currently pops up will state that by submitting the email address, you agree to enroll in a 7 day free trial of the Miles Kimball VIP Rewards program and program terms. It will go on to state that unless you cancel during the trial we will automatically continue the benefits for $14.95 a month plus taxes and will charge the same credit card used for that days purchase. Lastly, we include the toll free number to cancel at any time.
Although we feel we are upfront with the details given right where the email is entered, there can be room for improvement perhaps, and we will look into that.
