Pouring hot water over the denture…
Pouring hot water over the denture liner made it sticky and it stuck to the spoon and if you take it out of the hot water got hard too fast. Then what liner you got into the denture was so hard would not stay in the liner, kept coming out. Still not serving the purpose. Liner needs to stay a little soft and stay in to the denture.

Charges are way too high
Charges are way too high. They charge for shipping and handling which is not right. The charges were extremely high. I think the total charges for shipping and handling were about $15 which is ridiculous.

The handling is a flat charge that helps us to maintain the lowest possible prices and shipping charges by offsetting a portion of the cost to process and fulfill your order. We choose not to hide this cost within the shipping charges, nor, cover them by raising the price of our products.
Shipping is based on merchandise total and not weight. We do have a way for you to save, and that is by signing up on our email promotional listings!
