I have to say I was very impressed
I have to say I was very impressed. The lady who took my order was very polite and helpful and made sure I was ok with everything. The day my mattress was due to be delivered they called me in the morning to confirm everything. They said they’d call 5 minutes before they arrived which they did. When they arrived they bought my mattress upstairs and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very polite guys.

Great store and fantastic team.
We came into the store late December while visiting family after ordering our bed frame online and immediately we warmly welcomed. Myself and my partner seen to by Alice who was very friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to find exactly what would be best for our comfort and needs. We were quickly set up on the mattress tester to see what would be best for our comfort and sleep style. She was very helpful with all the questions we had about the different types of mattresses as we tried out a nice variety. We were never felt rushed or inconvenient for needing to take a moment to think our options over. We were offered hot beverages by other members of staff as they all helped us with their product knowledge, experience on what would be preferable. Alice and her lovely colleague Nicky were so patient and helpful as we discussed our preferred payment plans. Even as we had to wait for approval for our plan they were very helpful in making sure that we didn’t have to wait around for the plan to approved by putting things through for us. Despite our worries they were always very clam and reassuring. They were really helpful on making sure we saved money and got the best mattress for our money. As we were still waiting for delivery date for our bed frame they both made sure to help us, letting us know that when we got our delivery date to call them and they’d sync our mattress delivery with our bed for our convenience. Over all great experience and lovely staff. Would recommend.

Very easy to find the right bed with the young lady in store and delivery and construction was all done when said. My mom has found the bed very comfortable 👍

Brilliant service & products
Steve at the Redditch store was brilliant, we used the Sleep Match, tried several beds based on Steve's suggestions and decided on a silent night. The process was easy, relaxed and even offered a cup of tea. The bed itself is lovley, very comfortable and along with tempur pillows it's made a difference to my neck and back pain.

Super service, super comfy mattress
We ordered our super king mattress from our local branch late October, which arrived mid November.
From the sale person in the showroom to the two gents delivering, it’s was wonderful service.
Only just had our bedframe (another company) delivered Friday so have had two wonderful nights sleep.
We also purchased cooling pillows and a cooling mattress protector and all high end value

Excellent service from start to finish. Store was friendly and inviting, Jack was great, knowledgeable and spent time getting to know what I was looking for. Ordering was simple and straightforward, delivery was excellent. Two person delivery, on time, no mess. Quality service all round. Thanks Dreams!

Excellent customer service from Nicky and Steve. Nicky had to amend delivery dates on several occasions due to moving house.
