Tom in the Liverpool branch was great so helpful.
The whole process was easy and super quick!

I would never ever use or recommend drivalia to anybody, ì rented a car from them last November and because I didn't have £1500 security deposit on my bank card I had to pay £200 extra to rent the car that I had already paid for when I booked it, we were left waiting to be picked up at the car park for an hour and a half in strong wind and rain. Today, the 3rd of May I get a notification from my revolut card that my account was frozen as drivalia tried taking £114 from my card. Almost 7 months later!!!. I meant to leave a review in November but as the days went by I let it go, but today really really disgusted me and I just had to leave this review and I hope it will help others to make a better, safer and cheaper decision in time. I really don't believe the 5 star reviews and it's funny how it's all 5 star and 1 star, no 2,3 or 4 stars in the reviews.

A Seamless Experience with Drivalia!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Drivalia (Vauxhall Road,Liverpool) for a week while my own car was having work done to it, and I must say, it was an experience worth rating!

From the moment I booked online, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The website was intuitive, making it easy to find the perfect vehicle for my needs. The range of cars available was impressive, catering to various preferences and budgets.

Upon arrival at the rental location, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and before I knew it, I was handed the keys to a clean, well-maintained car.

The vehicle itself exceeded my expectations. It was spotless both inside and out. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my journey, thanks to the excellent condition of the car.

One of the highlights of my experience was the customer service. The staff at Drivalia, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were readily available to answer any questions.

Returning the car was just as seamless as picking it up. The process was quick, and the staff (Dan) once again demonstrated their professionalism and courtesy.

Overall, I cannot recommend Drivalia highly enough. From the user-friendly booking process to the exceptional customer service and great vehicles, they exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're in need of a reliable car rental service, look no further than Drivalia. I know I'll certainly be using them if required in the future.

Booked to pick car up this morning as we had previously used this company and had excellent customer service from kinza who was not there today, unfortunately today we were unable to even leave with a car as the car was booked in my wife’s name but I wanted to use my credit card for the deposit but this was refused even though this is exactly what we did last time with no extra cost and no problem.

Easy pick up and drop off, great location for coming in and out of the city. Thanks Dan and team.

We booked through Ryanair and when we arrived to the desk we were told that the credit cards we had could not be accepted as the numbers on the cards were flat rather than raised. This then incurred a £50 a day charge on top of what was already paid for the car. We had never received this in any terms and conditions that were sent from Ryanair. When we returned the car a few days later there was someone else having the same issue as us at the desk so be warned and book elsewhere if possible.

Took my car back 5 days early because I had no confirmation, due to their system being down. I thought I only hired for 23 days but when taking back one of the nice customer service guy told me it was 5 days early! Anyway, returned car because it’s served its purpose. The service from both the guys was impeccable. Really busy hire car place and the staff work extremely hard. The system was down and he still kept his cool.Very polite and welcoming. Car was reliable. The price was excellent.

Dan was incredibly helpful and the car was in amazing shape.

I’ve been using these guys for some time now. Initially, it was because they keep later hours than the on site companies at Liverpool airport. But I use them now even when the others are open as they’re competitively priced.
The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Peter and Liam are the only names I remember though!

Great customer service! I have to mention Jack at The Liverpool branch. He was very patience, understanding and kind to me.
I arrived on my own not prepared ( lesson learned always read ALL the small print) he helped me to sort my paperwork and was so patient.
I found out he has only been with the company for a matter of weeks, an asset to the company.

I fly to Liverpool often and have used most of the car rental companies based at Liverpool Airport. I've used Drivalia for my last two visits and plan to use them going forward. Their prices are competitive and the cars are new and spotlessly clean.
What really stands out though are the staff. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, helpful and professional. When I landed I called their office and was collected within a couple of minutes. The minibus driver was friendly, chatty and made you feel comfortable. The car collection was quick and easy as I had uploaded all the required documents in advance. Literally swiped my credit card, did a walk around the car and then I was on my way. Equally hassle free on return, a quick check on the car and then I was dropped off at the airport terminal. Highly recommended.
