DriveDen Avis

Great delivery service, however the instructions are awful, the base of the cross bars don’t cover the hole in the cars roof rails completely and the wind noise they make is awful. I have had other cars with roof rails and cross bars which have been perfectly quiet, so am experienced with them. Shame really as the buying experience was good.

All round great service and happy with the product

So i was struggling to find a roof rack for my car for a reasonable price. Thankfully i found this site. It was very easy to finally get what i needed. The set came in 4 days, paper instructions were a bit basic but could find very helpful youtube video and it was easy after that. Great, price, great quality.

I ordered the exact part I needed at a good price. It arrived very promptly. The whole process was good and easy. I would recommend and certainly use again.

Good price, good quality, easy to fit with clear instructions and prompt delivery, 5 star service all round.

Great range of items and sound advice.
Matt and Rob were quick to respond to questions I had on my chosen roof bars.

This a great example of you get what you pay for.

The tailored sized guard is brilliant in terms of fit and build quality.

It was easy to fit and is very secure and unobtrusive in the car.

I am very happy with my purchase I feel it is excellent value for money and would certainly buy from DriveDen in the future without hesitation.

quick delivery, websites easy to use and informative.

A great experience from the easy to use website and product availability, ease of ordering and speed of delivery. I have no complaints.

The roof bars seem to be fine and are good value for money.
The instructions were not clear and very hard to follow. I had not appreciated I had to build them myself from all the various parts.
It took a long time and I am still not sure if I did it right as there was no guidance around getting the width right or how far apart to space them or which edge faces forward or how or whether to clip the rubber seals supplied with the bars. Got there in the end.

I asked a question, which was answered promptly and to the point.

Order was delivered within 36 hours, along with a link to a video showing how to fit the part.

Arrived in allotted time, well packaged and easy to fit on the car. Very happy with the roof bars.

good communication , swift delivery good quality product.

Ordered roof rack bars from DriveDen - they arrived within a few days, which was excellent. Great quality, easy to fit on the car and at an incredible price - roughly half the cost of a comparative set from Halfords.

Head gasket went on Vauxhall corsa, this is the first time I have used Dens autos.they started work on my car Tuesday and I collected the car on Friday of the same week. Staff are great friendly and helpful. I am a lady drive on my own and not once was i treated as if I didn't understand, I can't sing there praise high enough. All in all a fantastic stress free experience

Very good service, mat seems ok, only slight gripe is being rolled up, the mat just wants to curl back into a roll so is reluctant to stay flat which will hopefully work out ok.

Having been badly let down by another supplier, I ordered a Boot Liner for my car early Thursday afternoon. Dispatched same day and delivered today, a little over 48 hours from ordering.

Fits perfectly.

Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again

Items ordered were exactly as expected and fitment to the car was very easy and quick!
Definitely use/ recommend DriveDen again for a quick and efficient service!

went together easy

Very Poor Delivery by Yodel. Driveden, Please look for alternative delivery companys. I was tracking my parcel every day and in contact with Yodel and was given wrong information reagrding the status of my order, it was clearly not at the status they said.
