Delivery was as expected. As the delivery was SPRING BULBS, I won’t be able to comment on the quality until next year!

A very good firm to deal with. Their bulbs are first class and plants I have purchased over the years have been very good

I've always ordered off JParker but this order the plants arrived dead.
They were black and wilted, so called customer services and got no answer, went onto website and filled in my customer order, issue and order number.
A month later I still have had no response
So I will no longer order from them.
These means my £200 a time orders, will go elsewhere

Yet again Parker’s have delivered 300 violas all in excellent condition well grown and not a single damaged plant have been and will continue to to be a very satisfied customer here’s to the next 20 years of my patronage 👌👌👌

Good Value for your money variety a little limited, but they are not specialist suppliers, more general common varieties supplied by them.

The bulbs arrived quickly and were huge! Looking forward to seeing the display in Spring!

Delivered in good time complete order

Have ordered from J Parker’s before and had good quality plants however, I have just received an order off them and the plants were in an awful state , I emailed them and did not have a response, so i WhatsApp’d them and they stated that the plants were as they were due to the hot summer ! But still happy to take the full amount of money .
I won’t be ordering off them again .

Hi it took 24days to deliver . Emailed on the 12th day its being prepared, on th16th day it's still being prepared. No info why it's late by 10 days or more. Missed the birthday present . Rubbish

Good choice of products and pricing. However, some of my order is almost a month late and some over a week late, the tracking link in the order update email doesn't work, and pasting it into Evri's tracking page also didn't help, with the number coming back as 'this doesn't look like an Evri reference'. I then tried the chat bot, who couldn't help, and so passed me on to a human...with a two day wait, and 77 people in front of me! I'm afraid the choice of products and reasonable prices don't make up for such awful customer service, and I won't be using J Parkers and Dutch Bulbs again
