J Parkers Wholesale Avis 

It was a mixed order several packages of the same plugs. Some plants arrived dead/rotting from the roots and could not be salvaged despite opening packaging and increasing airflow.

I was very disappointed with the supply of barerooted raspberries,currant,and gooseberries and the plum tree as these arrive in a very dry condition, even though these were I mediately soaked for minimum of 18 hours ,only about 50% of them appear to have recovered ,my concern is that the plants were left hanging about the packing station as when I phoned up to find what was happening to my order , I was told that you were waiting for the supply of some plants before completing and posting the full order. Needless to say I was very disappointed this time but will try one more time to restock my garden

I have ordered from JP for many years and have found the quality of plants variable but mostly acceptable. In my last order all the hardy perennials were either poor quality and shrivelled or quite simply dead. Most of the shrubs were better. Elaeagnus, Knapp HIll Azaleas and Euonymus 'Red Cascade' were all good or excellent. The bare root hawthorns were dead and two packs of shrubby Potentilla were either dead or very shrivelled. I don't think I will order from this company again. Pay a bit more and buy from a more reliable nursery like Farmer Gracy. They are more expensive but overall better value.

Made a big order in the sale - everything was good quality and healthy. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Fast delivery and bulbs arrived in good condition. Price was highly competitive. Assuming the bulbs grow I’ll use this company again.

The process has been very poor. I made an order on 28 April and didn’t receive a confirmation email. When I called Parker’s to check my order was being processed, I was told there had been a technical problem. After about 4 weeks some plants arrived in very poor condition. I called again and these were replaced. I’m still waiting for the final part of my order - it will be soon be 7 weeks from the point of ordering.
Whenever I’ve spoken to someone, they’ve been helpful, but I would go elsewhere in future. I’ve had to do all the chasing, the plants have been variable in quality and the process has been far too protracted and difficult.

Took forever to deliver very poor quality plants!

I received plants that were completely dried out with hardly any foliage and completely sub standard. I initially requested replacement plants but after waiting some weeks asked for a full refund instead. I am still waiting. Yesterday the write insisting the plants were ok. They were not. I will never order from them again and would definitely not recommend them.

Despatch time & delivery time was good as was packaging of order. But quality of plants was poor. Ordered 75 hidcote lavender plants & 15 red hydrangeas. on arrival all lavender had red leaves? Apparently this is due to plant stress or deficiency. I am disappointed these young plants arrived in this condition. The hydrangeas were frail looking specimens with multiple leaves fallen.
Quite simply if I could have seen the condition of the plants I would not have purchased

Terrible customer service. Been waiting Weeks for plants, still not arrived. Their chat bot gets you to put in an the info, then says someone will email me. How do they know what to email me about? I need to speak to a human to sort this out. Order number 23201880

This time we received the order and it was in acceptable condition, we still very unsure if we will get delivery, plants were great

Bought 5 shrubs which i waited a nearly a month to receive when I got them they looked tired I planted them a month ago not one has taken i have emailed parkers only to be told their busy and they'll get back to me which they haven't not impressed at all
