I ordered 3 Eclipse glass pocket doors

I ordered 3 Eclipse glass pocket doors. Two failed - the glass literally dropped out of the top metal channel. 2 were replaced but refitting at my cost! They have also now failed (within 1year). The glue holding these incredibly heavy doors into the channel is not fit for purpose! I have now changed to standard hinged glass doors! Just waiting for the last pocket one to fail!! These doors should be discontinued for safety reasons. Cannot believe they are still being sold.

Contact on the phone was helpful .
Eclisse system was expensive, but easy to install .
Delivery time could improve.

Very impressed with the customer…

Very impressed with the customer service. I had payment concerns and confusion having used PayPal for my on line purchase. Andrew Chambers took ownership of the issue and followed up showing appropriate customer care. It was the first occasion I have purchased from Eclisse. I would like to think all companies would treat customers like Andrew but sadly know this is wishful thinking.

Our Pocket door dropped from its…

Our Pocket door dropped from its hanging rail and I sought help from Eclisse to fix the problem myself.
Megan, in Customer Service, provided excellent, prompt advice. However, the company’s instructions to fix the problem could have been better, resulting in Megan having to send out replacement parts, which Eclisse did FOC. Their technical team are now reviewing the instructions.
However, the overall service was very good and the door now fits better than before.

The service has been absolutely superb…

The service has been absolutely superb - friendly, helpful staff and efficient service. They respond promptly to queries and the items were packaged and delivered within days (as I live in the Channel Islands). Really felt it was worth a shout out for the fantastic service - very impressed.
