Flooring Revolution Avis 357

Placed a small order of 4 packs of laminate flooring, approximately 8m2. Over half of the boards had obvious defects, big chips and cracks particularly up the same end (boxes clearly not been handled very well in the warehouse or by the courier). Lost a days pay as couldn't fit the job, asked for a 75% refund on the product but was only offered a 25%. Accepted, have waited over the supposed "3-5 working days" to receive refund but have yet to receive it, although the company claim it was sent out the following day and have "started an investigation" to see whats happened. All in all, a terrible experience from start to finish, and has left me out of pocket in what we all know is already struggling times.

I cant believe that another email from Flooring Revolution that they let me know I will get a refund within 10 days mean this will be 6 weeks instead 3 to 5 working days. They keep excuse to delaying. I have already email to CEO and wait for their respond what go on with the refund delaying. I will seek solicitors after receive CEO respond?

Found this company on internet firstly bit cautious as we all are but rest assured this are the best flooring company I have used
What makes them stand out is range of engineered wood , price very competitive and quality of product out of 20 packs not one defect in any board I would recommend this company to anyone and hopefully use them again in the future

The flooring is beautiful! Can't wait to get it fitted. The delivery guy was amazing and so polite. Even though it was a horrible rainy day. Decided to order more for another room.

After ordering our chosen floor, we were contacted by email giving us a delivery date, as it was going to take a bit longer than we’d hoped we asked to change the order and a really helpful lady called us to confirm the change and as it was in stock she dispatched it immediately, we were kept informed with emails about our order and delivery to the point it arrived at our door. Couldn’t ask for anymore .

UPDATE: ‘Mellisa has replied with the standard copy & paste reply. It was Melissa that dealt with my case, so lack of details is laughable. Just like their Customer Service….

Despite reporting damaged flooring packs, I was still charged return and restocking fees. I was also given incorrect information about return arrangements, which later changed and caused further inconvenience.

The only resolution offered was a 10% refund (£1.80) on the damaged pack, with repeated references to “policy” rather than a fair outcome. Very disappointing experience and not a company I would recommend.

Outrageous dealings with this company.

Called me a liar and said they couldn't find my address not that they didn't load my order
Struggling to get my money back on about day 20 of trying. It's 26th January - no product then no refund being issued as yet - disgrace

The quality of my laminate flooring at the price I got it for is brilliant. It looks really nice and if I need any more laminate flooring in the future I would definitely use this company again. The after sales service was excellent. I had to change my delivery date and this was done immediately without any hassle and the staff member who I spoke to was exemplary and polite. Overall I am delighted with the quality, delivery and after sales service.
