Had Colin here today he done a great job and was so polite and had the job done in no time would really recommend

Following the installation of a new dishwasher which flooded and caused damage to our kitchen flooring, Ecomaster were appointed by the retailer to address the damage and lay a replacement floor .

Miles, an Ecomaster technician came to have a look, recommended the works required, gave us advice on where to go to look at flooring and once we'd decided on the laminate we wanted, they made sure everything went smoothly. Keeping us up to date at all times.

The installation took three days to complete and the two guys, Florin and Petru that came out were brilliant. Took great care in moving furniture around (as we couldn't clear the room). They’ve done a cracking job and we’re delighted with what they’ve done. Where they’ve had the skirting boards off, they’ve made it all good afterwards, filled in the holes, covered up any wall damage and even painted over it, to the point you’d never notice they’d been off!. They were both very tidy too, made very little mess and all cleaned up at the end of each day.

All finished to an exceptionally high standard, definitely over and above what we were expecting. Here’s hoping it now lasts many years! The floor looks perfect.

My experience of using Ecomaster Commercial to replace sheet flooring in my daughters home (damaged by others) was first class.
Actual samples of the replacement sheet flooring were posted promptly for my approval.
The team of fitters sent to fit the chosen replacement flooring (which involved moving white goods to enable new flooring to be fitted beneath) were excellent.

Update.they called to ask what happened and never called me back again.

IKEA sent these people round to fix a sofa where the springs came out.he cut the fabric and put the spring back in and left with two big holes in the fabric.complete waste of time I could have done that my self and wouldn’t class it as a repair.avoid if you can or at least take photos before and after as you will def need them.

Colin has great people skills, very friendly and professional. He provided an excellent service and I would definitely recommend.

I’ve got a Parker Knoll recliner. Recently the chair developed a “clunking” sound when the mechanism was retracted. John Lewis arranged for ECOMASTER to come to inspect the chair. COLIN was the technician who came to look at the recliner. He was friendly, on time and quickly found what the problem was with the mechanism and rectified it. Was very pleased with the service and would recommend

Adam was prompt and professional, he turned up on time with a lovely friendly attitude, he helped me with the issue I had and was quick to rectify it, in the future if any other issues arise I will be in contact with ecomaster to have them take a look.
