Technician lied
After months of contacting Ikea a ecomaster technician came to inspect a mattress purchased 29.8.19. When the technician unzipped the mattress I gasped at how bad the foam had disintegrated. It has ripped around the whole mattress. I told the technician it was on an Ikea frame but that broke, he didnt mention that in the report. He also put in that it was broken due to me and the mattress wasnt used properly. How can you not use a mattress properly? Also unsure how I could have caused the damage, I am disabled and have to get someone to rotate it for me regularly. I am now out £400 this is not acceptable. Ikea now refuse to do anything. Not happy at all .

Adam was brilliant! He arrived punctually, having given us some advance notice. He sorted out the problem of the faulty armchair leg very quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and explained the problem. Also he wore a facemask throughout the visit. We were very impressed with all aspects of the service. We can highly recommend Adam.
I have contacted Eco master multiple…
I have contacted Eco master multiple times after being ‘promised’ I would have a colleague to ring me to arrange a date for a wardrobe repair from IKEA. I was left 2 months with no contact. I was then emailed to say someone would call me in 3 working days to arrange an appointment. It’s now been 7 working days and I’ve not received absolutely any form of contact at all. I then rang myself directly to eco master and I was told I had to wait until the 1st July for A PHONE CALL. Not even an actual appointment slot for someone to fix the wardrobe. This is shocking customer service and I do not recommend it at all. It’s a waste of time and they give you false promises. Still till this very moment no one has bothered to resolve my issue and my wardrobe is still falling apart. Shocking customer service and no one even cares!! Do not waste your time

Incorrect Ecomaster report
I went to IKEA Southampton Customer Services today to try and resolve an ongoing issue with a faulty Klippan sofa that I bought in May 2019. One of the inner side panels had collapsed last summer and IKEA sent Ecomaster to view it back in early December 2020. I heard nothing back from IKEA until today when I went to follow up. I was told that the Ecomaster report said that the fault was due to customer wear and tear, which it was most definitely not (you cannot really wear and tear a side panel - it has broken through no fault of mine). I'm not happy with the outcome.

I am very happy with my experience of Ecomaster. We had very speedy response to our initial call giving an arrival window, and on the day had a text message to confirm driver was nearly there. Adam came and repaired our Ikea sofa very efficiently. He was very polite and can't fault his work. Well done Ecomaster!

A repair by a very courteous young man
Adam came today to fix a problem with our Celebrity Chair which had a fault in the stitching. He was a very pleasant young man and had it fixed in no time. Thankyou Adam.
The legs in our sofa had buckled
The legs in our sofa had buckled. I reported this and Ecomaster responded immediately to offer a date and time for the technician to visit. On all three occasions I have rung, the lady on the phone has been friendly and efficient. Adam the technician came out on a Saturday morning. He talked me through the issue and provided me with workable options. He was able to fix the fault and was polite and friendly throughout. Great service and would recommend.

We had a problem with a new recliner from Celebrity furniture which required a completely new mechanism. Ben arrived when expected, having told us he was on his way, did the job quickly and efficiently and packaged up the old mechanism for collection. Very pleased with the service provided by Ecomaster.
