Colin Brown, Kitchen flooring. Was quick and efficient in fitting the kitchen vinyl. He even managed to fit all the kick plates properly as the housing association had left them in a mess. Always cheery, and cleaned up everything when he had finished. Highly Recommended

I was a bit annoyed that an engineer (as they said) had to come to my home for broken bed ..anyway Big thanks to Colin (on a Sunday evening) who arrived on time, called before hand & fixed my bed professionally. Very nice friendly guy who just got on with the job ! Thank you very much as this saves me having to organize a return and order of a full new bed !!

Colin Brown came to inspect an armchair at my home, he was very professional, friendly, reliable . He was very informative about my product and my query with it, he talked me through all the necessary steps would definitely recommend Colin 5 stars

Colin came to look at a piece of furniture. He kept me up to date with timing, was easy to talk to and respectful when he arrived and then considered the issue comprehensively.

Colin from Ecomaster came to repair the dust sheet underneath our brand new John Lewis sofa which had been torn in two places on delivery. He did so promptly and efficiently whilst being friendly and polite. The work is good quality and I can certainly recommend Colin for future repairs.

Colin came and fixed our superking bed frame from IKEA, he was quick and very pleasant.

He was very professional and efficient and communicated regarding his visit.

Ikea sent an Ecomaster "technician"(are these people qualified in any way?) to inspect my sofa-bed which was collapsing on one side. Despite the fact he told me there was a manufacturing fault, when the report was sent to Ikea it stated the problem was "incorrect operation" by me. I haven't been able to use the bed because the mechanism jams and now I am having an independent QUALIFIED furniture inspection and report made and am midst small-claims court procedure.

Took two months to book an appointment after chasing Ikea and Ecomaster. Engineers was two hours late. It took five weeks for Ecomaster to send reports to Ikea which Ikea never received. Ikea requested another job requested which was booked in superfast.

Engineers arrived this morning. He said he was here only for one job, out of three job requests!! He didn't check the second wardrobe and left the place in less than 5 minutes. No further investigation was done.

Had a visit from Ecomaster today, firstly he didn't have any identification with him. when I asked it seemed to upset him immensely, his reply was you asked me to call mate.
Unfortunately this didn't go down well with me and things didn't go very well from then on.
He didn't tackle the faults or damage on the sofa that had arrived from IKEA in a professional manner, his idea was to hide them by stretching the fabric so the damage was now slightly under the sofa and out of view.
As you can imagine this wasn't acceptable to me or any one else accept him, he said its out of view what's the issue.
After a lengthy discussion he left without attempting the other repairs, I have since contacted Ecomaster and await a call back from a manager.

Five months later, still waiting for a second visit from Ecomaster, obviously they couldn’t give a s#i@ about complaints or there customers,

A technician came out to inspect my mattress he agreed it was dipping, but on the report he wrote that it was settling, its seems they tell the customer one thing but lie in the report. Ecomaster according to the reviews you do this quite a lot. Shame on you!

Ben quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with our squeaky Tempur divan recently purchased from John Lewis. The fault lay with the castors and Ben replaced these with "sliders" so we are now back to squeakless nights rather than sleepless nights!!!
It was all dealt with efficiently and in a very friendly way. Thanks Ben.

Adam came to repair a seam on our chair. He was prompt, friendly, came and did the job efficiently but really well. Can’t tell there was ever anything wrong with the chair. He was even happy for our curious cat to sit and supervise his work! Thanks very much.

We’ve had Lee out to assess and repair two separate faults on our sofa’s. Very professional on both occasions. Great person to deal with, and a credit to his employer. 5 star!

Adam from Ecomaster was absolutely excellent - professional, knowledgable, efficient and courteous. He provided a flawless service repairing a broken leg on our new John Lewis sofa. We were absolutely delighted as the sofa is no longer stocked and therefore could not be replaced. We cannot praise Adam highly enough. Thank you!
