Their server is so slow I can’t get anything done ever. Restock pro absolutely sucks. Everything you input takes 24 hours to sync. So it slows you down

Their product works exactly as they said. Tools seem intuitive. Most importantly, they have great customer support which makes everything easier for us and gives us confidence that they holding our hands throughout the process. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Restock Pro is one of my favorite…
Restock Pro is one of my favorite Amazon related softwares. I can't tell you how much money I've saved by keeping in stock and also not getting overstocked and paying for unnecessary storage fees. I used to have this elaborate system of spreadsheets that I would have to organize and spend time setting up each week, but once I started using this software it was all there ready to for me to make decisions with. My only complaint is that they don't have an API to link to my inventory in my 3PL warehouse and I have to manually update that. But they said they are working on it, so can't wait for that! It will be practically perfect at that point.

We've been using FeedbackFive since 2015. Great for feedback management. Very easy to use and integrate. Reports show not only seller reviews but also product reviews. They work with all marketplaces. Customer service is really good too.

I recommend Feedback Five ...
Good product, everything is convenient, no drops.
Wish, to compose more flexible conversations, need more tags:
estimated arrival, carrier name, exact time of receipt ...
This would create a more human-like letter.

I'm a skeptic, but...
I'm a skeptic. And a hard person to please. Some might call me demanding. I expect a lot of the products I use. I expect them to work as promised. I expect them to help me grow my business. And if I have a problem or a question, I expect prompt, accurate support.
All boxes checked. I'm a long-time user of Restock Pro and Feedback Five, and attribute my ability to scale my business to both products....but especially RSP. Highly recommended.

The Best All Around!
eCom Engine approached me to offer me a specially designed template. They are constantly looking to come up with great ideas to better serve their customers! The service was great! They kept redesigning my template until I thought it was just perfectly suited to my needs! All with a smile! They answered their emails promptly and courteously too :)
